This is the best Vietnamese restaurant we have visited in Alberta. That's a big statement but when you experience their amazingly varied range of delicious meals and specialities you will be hooked too. The place is spotless also and their staff go above and beyond. Thank you Pho Hoai!

I came in here recently to show my partner my favorite local Pho spot and not only were the staff very helpful with figuring out the best pricing, but they also helped and replaced a drink I spilled right outside the restauraunt, Above and beyond as always

The staff here are amazing and so sweet, we got their bubble tea and some pho, and while I haven't eaten the pho yet, the bubble tea is amazing, we had accidentally dropped one of them outside the restaurant and I had went back in to ask for napkins to clean up the mess, and not only did the staff give us the rest of their roll of paper towel, they also remade the bubble tea that fell. This was my first time coming here and I'm already in love with them. Thank you so much for your help!

One of the best spots in Okotoks. Staff are friendly. Food is amazing and huge portions.
As a celiac, I feel safe here. Staff are knowledgeable and replace the items that contain gluten rather than just omit them. Highly recommended this place.

Consistently great food, tables are always cleaned right away, staff is friendly but if you have a concern about your order keep it to yourself or you'll get back lash.

We frequently order food from Pho Hoai and typically have a good experience. Unfortunately, today we decided to dine in and were very disappointed with the service, or lack thereof, that we received.
When we first sat down, we asked for water but never received any during our entire meal. The waitress seemed frustrated, which is understandable, but she appeared to be taking it out on the customers. Not once were we asked how our meal was; in fact, no one spoke to us at all after dropping off the food.
When you're finished eating, you don't receive a bill. Instead, you are expected to go stand in the same line as people who are picking up their takeout orders. It literally took us longer to pay than it did to eat our meal.
Along with the poor service, the meal itself was not up to its usual standard. There was very little meat in our soup, and the noodles were one large, overcooked blob. It's sad because we usually love this place, but this experience was a real letdown.

I visit this restaurant every year when in Okotoks visiting friends. There was something different this year, a new energy. The food is top notch as usual, service exceptional. I will always make it a part of my routine. Thankyou!
