We’ve been regular customers of Pizza Hut for a while and have always enjoyed our orders from this location—until now. On our recent order, we received a supreme pizza with a very unpleasant surprise: a crispy millipede was on our pizza. Needless to say, we were pretty grossed out.
We immediately called the location and spoke to the manager, who was very apologetic and sent a replacement pizza quickly, which we appreciated. While her response was quick and courteous, it was hard for us to fully enjoy the replacement after that experience.
This was our first disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut location, but it was a memorable one for the wrong reasons. We’re hoping this was a one-time issue, as we’re not sure we’ll be as eager to order again.

Hands down the worst Pizza Hut I've EVER visited across the planet!! I'm writing this review from their dining room and can't believe the service. Too many faults to list here unfortunately. All I can say is stay far far away from this location. What a shame to see a franchise be represented like this.

Horrible customer service, walked in to order one pizza half and half. Staff could not get order straight, went directly to start pizza without out washing hands after handling money. Had to request that they do wash. Waited for order to find out it was incorrect. So fed up with whole experience let with nothing!

I don't know if there is new ownership, but service has greatly declined. I placed an order for pickup on my lunch break. The lady on the phone confirmed the price and that it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. When I got there, they acted confused and had not gotten my order. Eventually, the lady said it was because I hung up on her. I didn't know there was more to the conversation after the total was confirmed and time set. Now I don't have time to wait, I've wasted my break, and I get to work the rest of my shift hungry. No effort was made to right the situation just arguments.

I ordered on their website and the food arrived hot and delish! The crust was perfect, toppings awesome. Previously, I found the crust to be a bit greasy, but today it was perfect. I will order again. Delivery arrived under the promised time and the driver was very kind.

Mobile ordered and paid 2 large pizza, and got 3 medium pizza. They didn’t even call me if that’s okay with me. They are just handing me 3 medium pizza. And the pizza taste terrible, lacking flavor. Worst pizzahut we have ever eaten. Taste the same as frozen pizza ??♀️ ?♀️

I placed my order on line at 2:30 pm. After placing it I realized it didn’t ask for a pick up. I immediately called, explained and asked for it to be ready for me to pick up at 4:45pm. I arrived at the Okotoks location at 4:41pm, paid for my order and was told “it’s in the oven and will be ready in 2 seconds.” It wasn’t. At 4:50 I asked about my orde and was told it was in the oven. I got the same response at 4:55. Finally a lady who appeared to be management, told me there had been a mixup and when I called to verify the pickup time it had put it back. Didn’t make sense. Once again I was told it is in the oven. I finally got my pizzas almost a half hour later than I had ordered them to be ready. No apology. Just here you go. I was not happy. The customer service was horrible. Please don’t email me with specifics any more. It will be a long time before I consider buying pizza from this location again.?

Complete garbage! Ordered 3 times over the past 6 months just to think it may get better. Not a chance, it's pure slop. When you get the pizza you have to warm it up, the slime ball drivers don't know where they are going and leave the bag open in the vehicle. Don't waste your money or time.

Never had a problem until recently, they charge $ 3.00 extra for already heavy priced fries which equates to a McDonald's regular size fries for one. Also be wary of how many toppings you request for your pizza, at 2.75 each or 10% of the pizza value in my case, you may or may not receive.... glad they are making bank on what seems to be the most profitable pizza in okotoks. However, if you call them, the 8 bucks they take buys an apology. I Will never order from here again.
