Came here last weekend for just a hot chocolate for my 9 year old and while I waited there was a large amount of flies where the workers work 🤢 which was kinda off putting. It was steadily busy so I wasn't by the pick up table they never even called my name when the drink was done and I stood there for 10 min untill I looked over to see my name on the drink..

I have to say I’m really disappointed with how this location has been compared to how it used to be. For example, my cake pops were placed in a bag with hot food and left on the counter until pickup, they were completely melted and ended up as mush at the bottom of the bag. On top of that, the 3 times I went during my visit, none of the drinks were mixed properly, so the bottoms were just syrup. To make matters worse, my online order was messed up twice, even though everything is printed right there on the label. I don’t know if this is a staffing or training issue, but this location was so much better 6+ months ago when I lived here and came almost daily. It’s frustrating to see the decline, because this used to be one of my favorite spots. I really hope things can turn around, because I know how good the service and quality used to be.

The staff here are always 10/10, very kind and accommodating. This is an older location with not the best seating or atmosphere inside. Furthermore, while Starbucks coffee is the best, I find their food leaves much to be desired - especially the croissants- I don’t know how they can pass quality control. But this is a franchise-wide problem, not a reflection of this location which does a really amazing job with fast, friendly, supportive service. Oh and the place is always spotless inside. Thank you!

Lovely. Friendly and efficient crew!! Delicious caramel ribbon crunch Frappachino and iced Chia with cold brew vanilla. Pesto, mozzerella and egg sandwich and egg, sausage, cheddar breakfast sandwich. Excellent!! Our travel breakfast place.

Like most caffeine drinkers, we like our drinks made the same way every time. I have never been disappointed with my drinks at Starbucks Cornerstone, but lately I am even more impressed and satisfied. Making me even more excited each time I go and enjoying my drink so much more. Yes, the staff are friendly and always kind. But when my drinks have been made by Haley or Jay, there is a different level of deliciousness to them. The cute little messages on the cups and the (what feels to me) extra effort in preparing my drink never goes unnoticed and has a special way of perking up my morning. Thank you for being you.
The staff year is absolutely amazing they go above and beyond and they're so helpful and friendly would highly recommend them the staff is absolutely amazing I hope management knows what a great team they have

I work from home and my Wifi was acting up. I had some emails I needed to send, so I popped over to Starbucks. Brad was fantastic! I wasn't sure about trying the Blackberry Safe lemonade refresher but Brad gave it a great recommendation, and we shared many similar favourites! He was friendly, engaging and upbeat the entire hour and half I was there. I saw him interact with multiple customers and everyone got exactly the same upbeat and friendly server! Tom Petty for the win, Brad! Thank you!
