Ordered a chicken brioche sandwich, had 1 small toonie sized piece of chicken on it. Asked them to replace and the one girl was very rude about it. I fully realize they aren’t made here, I just wanted a new sandwich to replace it. The other girl said she would switch it. My friends ordered light ice and got half ice still and the same rude young girl rolled her eyes and then was whispering through her headset to the other staff.
Do better, you work in customer service, and your products aren’t cheap.

Came here on our way out of town to get a coffee for the road. Figured I'd run over the the pet store a few doors down to save on time, as we were tyring to get going. Went and bought a few things at the pet store, came back and they hadn't even started making our drinks.
So much for saving on time!
People that ordered after me got their beverage before me. Oh well. First world probelms. But I'm a Starbucks customer, so what do you expect? Lol

I ordered a grande Nitro cold brew with NON-DAIRY brown sugar cold foam and two pumps of brown sugar. The cold foam had to have been normal dairy as I am very sick after drinking it. I should have known by the taste of the cold foam being different but I've never had an issue before. This is not the first time this Starbucks has had issues. Will definitely be visiting the other location from now on.

Horrible experience, went here and here and ordered myself and a drink and got cake pops for the kids. Also ordered them a small water with strawberry inclusions, was then told I WOULD BE CHARGED A FULL DRINK PRICE FOR THIS .

I always pay the 50 cents or whatever it is for the strawberries but it's absolutely insane that I was told I would be charged a full drink price for this. And I promised my kids so I had to get it. Why are you charging full drink prices for this?

I forgot to order my drink dairy-free, after it had already been made. Brie (working the drive through) was so kind and offerred to fix MY mistake. What a gem of an employee! Thanks again for your understanding, Brie!

Ordered a specialty drink and they sent modified drink without calling to confirm. It was wrong. Ordered a wrap and it was tiny and dry and awful. 6$ in the garbage for that. No offer to make it right.

Zero customer service. No attempt was made at talking or welcoming customers. I’m not sure the barista even said two words to me. I walked away with an ok-tasting overpriced coffee and that was it.
Two stars because my husband said there is usually a more welcoming staff member there but I didn’t see her on the day I went in.

A huge shout out to the ladies working the drive thru yesterday (Thursday May 16th) around 11am I think! I was clearly having a bad day and they made every effort to make sure I was alright. I really appreciate their kindness and hope they know how wonderful they are.

Starbucks usually has the friendliest employees, but this location I visited for the first time was exceptionally ghost-like. No one greeted me when I entered (never happened before at other locations), there were like 4-5 employees, none even raised their head. I had a mobile order, and one drink was prepared fairly quickly, then I saw my other drink just being passed around from one worker to the other eventually given to me. I said “thank you”, but the worker didn’t even smile. I also asked for “less ice” and my drink was filled with ice 🥲 The washroom was very clean, that was great!

I have been to this location multiple times and they do not know how to make a London fog, they always forget the sweet portion of this drink. My last one tasted like a black earl grey nothing added. Please please please teach your staff how to make this. I have never had an issue at the many other Starbucks I have been to and unfortunately this is the one that is closest to my house.
