I produced a coupon that was valid for that location, and they refused to use it. I presented the coupon, paid, and then checked my receipt, and the discount wasn't applied. Horrible service, and Subway PR has refused to acknowledge the lack of customer service and it's been nearly a year, and still no resolution. They say, "Talk to the Franchisee" but I replied, "The franchisee was the one causing all the issues". Don't go to this location, go to the other one in Okotoks.

I went for the first time today on my lunch break. Very efficient staff, especially when the high schools had lunch hour as well! They were very busy, and yet I was in and out in under 5 minutes. My biggest rave is that the food was all fresh. As a vegetarian, I always get all the veggies and pay the extra for avocado. Many locations have veggies that are old or frozen from being in the cold table too long/not being rotated properly, and brown avocado. I didn't have to pick and choose based on what looked edible. Will definitely return to this location!

worst customer service dont even know how to talk to the customers. i went to this place for lunch and found the guy talking so rudelyeven with me. i dont know what kind of attitude he was showing but he needs some manners.

I don’t have a problem with this place, the food is okay SOME of the workers are nice people very respectful with the customer, giving a great services etc, but something I didn’t like about was the girls attitude this is the second time a go to that subway and I don’t know if the girl always has that attitude, but her attitude was like making any customers to have a bad service, by the time she commit a mistake she doesn’t looked at the customer for apologies for what she did, if it wasn’t for those two guys who, at least tried to gave the customer a great service.

Well, I don’t know if the girl it’s a new hire, but if she is, I totally understand it. It was kind of busy a lot of people ordering I’ve been through that by the time I used to work on a restaurant it’s fine, but if she’s not I’ll probably be very disappointing of how she’s giving service to their customers. Hope she can get’s through that and change her attitude for the future customers. I will still go but only when I feel I want to go, you know what I’m saying?
