worst customer service dont even know how to talk to the customers. i went to this place for lunch and found the guy talking so rudelyeven with me. i dont know what kind of attitude he was showing but he needs some manners.

I don’t have a problem with this place, the food is okay SOME of the workers are nice people very respectful with the customer, giving a great services etc, but something I didn’t like about was the girls attitude this is the second time a go to that subway and I don’t know if the girl always has that attitude, but her attitude was like making any customers to have a bad service, by the time she commit a mistake she doesn’t looked at the customer for apologies for what she did, if it wasn’t for those two guys who, at least tried to gave the customer a great service.Well, I don’t know if the girl it’s a new hire, but if she is, I totally understand it. It was kind of busy a lot of people ordering I’ve been through that by the time I used to work on a restaurant it’s fine, but if she’s not I’ll probably be very disappointing of how she’s giving service to their customers. Hope she can get’s through that and change her attitude for the future customers. I will still go but only when I feel I want to go, you know what I’m saying?

It's Subway, pretty much what you expect. Decent sandwiches, service is consistently pretty friendly and quick.They provide good portions and the staff seem like very nice people.This store never seems to busy.Kid-friendliness: Fine for kidsParking: Parking right outside, free parking lot, always enough spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Door is a reasonable size, looks wheelchair accessible, flat sidewalk and entrance

My family and I are pleased with this subway. We're new to Okotoks but it didn't take long for the staff to start recognizing us, which is nice and makes the atmosphere friendly. They handle larger orders and multiple people talking at once quite well.Vegetarian options: 3 Options: vegi delight (basically hold any meat), vegipatty, and egg. It's better than some but nothing major.Note to Subway Corporate: please bring back falafel.Kid-friendliness: While Subway as an industry doesn't go out of their way to provide kid friendly perks (read playplace, tvs, etc.) but they also don't have a problem with kids being around. The staff here even has the patience to let my children order themselves and practice "real world skills" by doing so.
