My latest experience with this specific Taco Bell location was exceptional. The manager Evelyn along with her staff are awesome and take great care of you, I can’t wait to go back!! We don’t get to have Taco Bell often, so when we do it’s always this location.

Clean and tidy restaurant. Colocated with KFC. Quite expensive though, crazy inflation in Canada. Once a month treat here.

i have only ever experienced good costumer service if the two teenaged girls were working (ellaka and allysa). besides them, the rest of the staff is rude and short tempered. i am overall unimpressed by the food as well. i am lactose intolerant so i always get any dairy removed from my order every time i order, i make it very clear that i do not want any cheese or sour cream, yet they always seem to get that wrong and i end up spending unnecessary time on the toilet, UNLESS, ellaka or alyssa is working. keep it up girls, you are rocking it but everyone else, maybe consider a job that doesn’t involve food or customer service!

Staff were friendly. But to say they are understaffed is an understatement. Management desperately needs to hire more people. 3 people in the kitchen during rush hour is pathetic and laughable on the management. The wait times are ridiculous, everytime I’ve come through it takes a minimum of 15 minutes to get one meal. They are absolutely busy enough to hire more staff. I just feel bad for the workers. This consistent issue has showed me that the owners are greedy, inconsiderate, and do not care about the employees or customers. If they are too cheap to hire more workers then I honestly don’t feel like coming back
