Wow, Taco Bell, thank you for the culinary adventure. I walked in expecting two chicken burritos.

What I got instead was a speed round of “let’s see how fast we can misunderstand an order,” followed by what I can only describe as a sad little wrap stuffed with beans, a sprinkle of lettuce, and—oh yesthe grand prize two lonely pieces of chicken.
Apparently, the word “burrito” here translates to “bean-heavy mystery wrap.” Who knew? And the best part? The staff rushed me through the order like they were competing in the Olympics, only to deliver something I didn’t even ask for. At least now I finally understand why the ratings are so low this isn’t just fast food, it’s fast misery.

Thank you, Taco Bell, for redefining incompetence and turning greed into a business model. Truly unforgettable.

Nacho Fries were cold, crunchwrap was more tortilla then anything. Staff was slow, store was really cold.
For $33 dollars for two meals you'd think everything would come out hot! It was not. The side of nacho cheese was enough for maybe 4 fries to be dipped into. Friend ordered gordita crunch they forgot the cheese on it.

Worst taco bell I've been to , went in ordered a sandwich and melt waited 20 mins inside and then inquired where my food was and it was mistakenly given to another customer 😑 😒 😫.... so that's two dissatisfied customers one who got the wrong order the other who had to wait forever for two very simple items , to make up for the mistake they offered nothing , the beef wrap was all rice ....literally maybe two tiny pieces of beef , definitely will never return to this location and I suggest you don't either !!!

My Indian (India) family and I visited this location for dinner and had ordered and finished when one of our children was still hungry. My husband went to order more food. While waiting he sipped his drink from our previous order. As he stood there an employee accused him of stealing the drink. I believe this was racially motivated and it was extremely unkind and unprofessional. Nobody should be treated that way. I’m disgusted.

I can't believe this cost $30. The fries were not even full and there was maybe a teaspoon of nacho sauce in the cup. We ordered a cheese quesadilla and got chicken and also requested dine in, but everything came in a to go bag. The kitchen staff was yelling and seemed very disorganized. We won't be back to this location.

Waited 10 minutes for a taco combo. Realized after leaving that they didn’t give me a straw. Cheaped out on my drink too. I upsized to large and the drink had this much in it. Nobody speaks English. Go to taco time instead!

i’m currently waiting for a bean burrito and a loaded fry pocket i’ve been here 15+ mins waiting. A gentleman came in and ordered a massive family kfc meal and has left before me and came in 5 mins after me

Service was horrible. The incompetent workers got my order completely wrong. I only ordered one thing and they still managed to mess it up, so I could not eat the meal. I’m never coming to this establishment again.

They forgot one of our items and cheaped out on my Crunchwrap supreme :( it was empty and ground beef when we asked and were charged for steak. We were also charged for the cheesy gordita crunch that they forgot.

They need to fire everyone and start with a new team. Everyone is so unprofessional and my order is wrong every time I come here. They also spend more time talking amongst themselves in Tagalog and don’t care about their customers.
