i have only ever experienced good costumer service if the two teenaged girls were working (ellaka and allysa). besides them, the rest of the staff is rude and short tempered. i am overall unimpressed by the food as well. i am lactose intolerant so i always get any dairy removed from my order every time i order, i make it very clear that i do not want any cheese or sour cream, yet they always seem to get that wrong and i end up spending unnecessary time on the toilet, UNLESS, ellaka...
Coming from the US, I found this Taco Bell very disappointing. Dining room was dark and dinghy. Sauces were not available in the dining room, but instead we had to ask the cashier for them. Soda machine only has a few selections, and mo Dr Pepper or regular Mt Dew. The food itself was alright, tho, and better priced than some other fast food joints nearby.
