STOP WHINING AND GROW UP. Why are people grumbling about the lineup at the DriveThru. If you don't like it, go on into the restaurant. It's clean fresh there's lots of seats and hard-working staff to help you there too. No one asked you to be trapped in a lineup at a drive-thru get off your back side and walk in like a proper customer. Stop being so lazy ! The products they put out are always on point and much better than a lot of the other Tim Hortons that I've been to across the country.. and trust me I think I've hit almost every Tim Hortons across Canada.
The baker is doing outstanding job the presentation in the display case looks like pure perfection to me as far as Tim Hortons goes.

The outside set up for the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. The line up in the morning is so long there are cars stuck in the intersection and anyone wanting to go to the other businesses can't get in... this is so unsafe they need to think of a better way to serve customers keeping others safe.

The menu is getting more and more CONFUSING, I don’t like sweet sauce in my breakfast and didn’t know which comes with which, too many products keep changing. Kudos to staff the other day for asking questions like sauce or no sauce, scrambled or whole egg, I only want my breakfast sandwich only on croissant and get tired of getting it wrong but eat it anyway not to waste as why make an order in-store

THE STAFF IS SOO NICE AND CALM!!! AMD THE FOOD IS AMAZING!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I am a vegetarian and don’t eat egg so I just had Garlic Bread with Ranch and Potato Wedges with Chocolate Cream Chill!! Amazing 🤩 specially the staff is kind GREAT ATMOSPHERE WITH THE BEST FOOD!!

I have being going to this Tim Hortons for awhile and all the staff are wonderful. They all greet me with my first name and I have been trying to learn all of there’s. Dianne, Luz, Sary, Irene,Mariz,Ariel,Rhea,Jen Whoever owns this Tim hortons should be very happy with the quality of their staff I know I haven’t gotten all their names but I’m working on it
Okotoks used to have another Tim’s location across from Canadian Tire that was more convenient for me. Since closing down, I’ve been coming to this location and it is always very busy, but their system of taking orders in the store is slow and disorganized. The screens on the tills don’t work, meaning you can’t confirm it was correct. The staff also don’t repeat the order. Furthermore there is no number/name/receipt system to structure the order pick up. Basically, the in-store ordering process is chaotic during busy hours. At least the staff are very kind and friendly, the store is neat and clean and the product is always very high quality. I just think the ordering process could be managed more effectively. Thank you.
