Wheelchair accessibility: Though there is wheelchair accessibility, there is little concern shown for those with other mobility devices. I often come in with my cane and order for my wife or family. Every time, they set out my drinks and seem to expect me to carry out my drinks and use my cane at the same time.
Might want to include this in the handicap training.

The Tim Hortons, at Okotos, is a nice coffee house and restaurant to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in a pleasant environment.Although there are no high chairs, as some customers prefer, the sitting arrangement is pretty good.Since the TH at this location is joined by Wendy's, the place looks colossal, and people get a chance to enjoy items of their choice from both the popular eateries.There is drive through facility for those who want to take their items and drive away.

Went on a coffee date with my husband. I haven't been in Timmy's for a long time. They've done some renovations! It really opens up the area, but I do miss the cozy fireplace area. The food and drinks were good; the service was friendly and relatively quick. The atmosphere was like Sunday coffee time with friends. Very relaxing! It was nice change from just going through the Drive-thru.
