Disappointed in marketing aspect from the Tims App. Activetaed the offer of two coffees and two doughnuts and ordered that. Actually ordered croissants which are with donuts. Instead of being $5 it cost me almost twice as much!

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Mobile orders are never ready on time. Always seem to be out of most things. The handicap door buttons don't work (unacceptable). 😒

2 days in a row have gone for coffee, all lights and signs on, drive through menu lit up, no one working, learned my lesson, despite this being only around the corner from where I live I won't waste my time trying to get a coffee at this location again 🤷♂️

I would give 0 stars if possible, they never have the listed menu items 2.5 hours before closing. Staff is super rude with 0 customer service knowledge. And on top of everything the burnt all my food. Honestly worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too.

Even tho allergy exists they mix all the dounts, muffins and cookies together. Coffee was burnt and the worst taste I ever had. Won't come back here on the weekends but the weekday morning stuff is ok.

I went through the drive through. When I got to the window I asked the lady to make sure it was a multigrain bagel with butter as I got the wrong bagel yesterday, I got a cinnamon raisin bagel breakfast sandwich. She smiled at me and handed me a donut that was sitting there in a bag........Wow. Didn't even look in the bag. I looked in the bag and handed it back and said I ordered a bagel. Another smile and blank stare.

Absolute Worst Tim Hortons. Ordered 2 teas, none were marked so you couldn't tell which was which. Drive thru worker stuck her nose in the cup to figure out if it was cream or milk. Ordered 4 different types of donuts and each time she said they were out. We gave up and went inside to order only to discover there were no donuts at all. This place is weird! I'd stay away.

Went through the drive at 6:30PM and the store is closed. Nothing showing that the drive thru is closed. Waited at the speaker for a few minutes before driving to the window to realize no one was there. Had cars behind me in the drive thru as well
