Purchased a regular chilli. Received a chilli bowl and half a bun. Never had this happen before at other Tim Hortons! If they are cutting corners like this, who knows what other corners they are cutting in their food services! Very disappointed Would not recommend this location.

I love coming here because the staff are always laughing and smiling. even if they are short staffed they always make sure they give their best service. I love also the music they are playing inside the store

I'd rather wait longer for my coffee or food than drive away and realize every thing is wrong. It's the most irritating thing finding out what you just paid for isn't what you got. Most people won't come back for a refund because they have work or school and it seems like they count on that.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons and, unfortunately, had a bit of a disappointing experience. When I arrived, there was no one in line, but despite waiting for about five minutes, I wasn’t acknowledged by any staff members. I eventually had to wave someone down to place my order, and even then, my order was initially inputted incorrectly, so I needed to clarify it with the staff member.
I understand that sometimes things get busy, and everyone can have an off moment. However, a simple acknowledgment while I was waiting would have made the experience feel much more welcoming. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving future visits!

Very SLOWWWWWWW service and they’re constantly out of donuts

They were out of alot , then took less then a minute to make my sandwhich mind you it's not busy. The egg was ice cold and as you can see the bread was on probably cut. The muffin was not toasted it tasted absolutely terrible. Sad.

The drive thru is always a ten minute wait minimum even if there’s one car in front of you.
You can wait forever once inside for service as well.
I’ve resorted to going to the location in westmount over this store and even though I drive out of my way to get there I waste less time before work.
