Terrible service. Will not visit this location again ever. Would not recommend anyone else does either. Have been yelled at through the drive thru speaker multiple times, last time I physically went in no one helped me for 5-10 minutes. On top of that they routinely close before 10 pm which is the time listed on Google that they supposed to close.

I bought a dozen donuts this morning at the drive through and wanted to include 3 walnuts crunch in the mix and was told “no! They are the retro donuts and can’t be included in the box”. Are you kidding me? I purchase a dozen donuts and you want to be petty and not allow me to include them? I won’t be back to your location to purchase. Horrible customer service. I went through the drive through about 9:30 a.m. Do better Tim Hortons!

I informed a server that the family washroom is disgusting, & there is no toilet tissue. 1/2 hour later it is still in this condition. It took forever for myself & a friend to get service. I watched several women leave the restaurant disgusted after trying to use the family washroom. The women's is closed. Unacceptable.

HAVE YOU EVERY HEARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE MORNING TIM HORTONS? It took me over 15 minutes to get 2 $10 gift cards. It made my little girl LATE for soccer. If you cannot handle a crowd, or more than 3 customers why are you there? BRAINS and Training would be so helpful. I even had to switch to cash on top of no debit credit

The runner was constantly making faces and being rude when an order was placed and she was filling it. When I asked for what I had ordered instead of what was given, there was nothing but attitude from her. How convenient that she didn't wear a name tag. Extremely rude and ruined the experience of being able to take the kids out for a drink and making them feel special.

Probably the worst and slowest Tim Hortons to ever exist. You get to sit in line for half an hour just to have nobody on the speaker when you finally get to it. The manager is very rude. If you're understaffed and taking that long, have some common courtesy and at least tell your customers the wait will be long before they get trapped in your drive thru. Avoid at all costs.

Wrong orders, totally ambivalent workers and the food is horrible because these workers don’t care enough to even slap together a breakfast sandwich properly or ensure sugar is not included in a person’s tea. Sometimes it’s not a preference, it’s medically necessary.The owner would be better off hiring some trained monkeys to do the job at this point.
