Amazing deep dish pizza! The staff here are great and the service is friendly and efficient. And everyone wanted to know where I got the pizza from. It didn't last long in the box! Thanks again Windy City Pizza for making our day!

Thin crust was amazing I believe a few things have been changed since I was last here crust was thinner and sauce was more flavorful! Also had the ceased salad which was huge and defently worth more then what I paid! Will be returning 100%

The worst kids pizza I’ve ever tasted.
My kid rook one bite and refused to eat anymore. My husband and I both had a bite after and indeed it was not good. Pretty sure the crust was a premade one you can get at Walmart. Spent $12 just to go across the street and get a $2 from Costco.

The thin crust is no where even close to Chicago thin crust. The crust is not thin, the pepperoni was thick and not dry cured. The sausage was almost non existent. The pizza was not good. If copying a Chicago style thin crust you may want to study the ingredients that make it close to the tavern style pizza served in Chicago.

Windy City and the Thai are getting the same review because it's the same place.

The food is excellent but the service is terrible; it's like they don't want to have customers.

We do not dine in here because the service is so bad inside. We regularly order takeout to the point the guy inside knows my name.

Awhile back we stopped ordering because they will flat out refuse to take orders despite being hours before they close and this was very annoying.

A month ago we decided to try it again, we ordered Thai and a pizza, then the week after we ordered again. Last week I swapped two vegetables on a pizza for two other vegetables with no issues.

This week I call for the exact same order, I'm told they can't do tomatoes,
I said I had it last week.
They tell me they don't have tomatoes as a topping.
I tell them it's on their own website and I ordered it last week.
They say they'll check with the chef and she comes back and says it's my lucky day because I can have tomato on the pizza but it'll cost $3.50 extra.
$3.50 is the topping price for building your own 12 inch, I had ordered a 10 inch and so this was an overcharge.

But I ask why there is a charge when I'm swapping a topping not adding one and it's vegetable for vegetable and I wasn't charged this before.

I'm told now there is a $3.50 charge and so I ask to cancel the pizza. She then says actually there is no charge and it's fine?
I said I'm being messed around with this and so I'll order from somewhere else.

I'm not sure why the service is so bad here, but it's very annoying to regular customers.

No, this is not pizza. It was a disaster in a box. Save yourself the headache and head to Calgary for pizza.

I recommend the deep dish, but another outstanding dish is the Caesar Salad.

Windy City has been on our list to try, and did not disappoint. From the Salad to the Pizza everything was perfect and very flavourful. The service was decent as it looked to be summer students learning, however they did a pretty good job. Definitely will be going back. Thank you

Absolutely delicious pizza, fantastic service, recommend calling ahead instead of complaining about having to wait for a top tier pizza.

We heard good things about this establishment, but were severely underwhelmed with the deep dish pizza, as well as the caeser salad which had no dressing/flavour whatsoever.

Waited a long time to have a true deep dish pizza pie. Very hard to find in Alberta. It was very good pizza. Do another day trip to have it again.

I have been searching for proper Chicago deep dish everywhere I am sooooo happy this place is back open. I just tried for the first time, got the vegetarian deep dish and it was everything I ever hoped for❤️ flaky crust, lots of cheese but not a gross amount, unique and developed flavour, 10000% delicious!!!! My partner picked up the pizza he said the service was great too :) such a gem of a place

We had a great experience here. We ordered 6 large pizzas for our crews working to clean up an accident on Hwy 2 and Dan the owner did not disappoint! The thin crust pizzas were delicious and enjoyed by all. Thanks Dan!
