This is about the 6th time consecutive at different times of the day that uncle sirloin combo was reheated and served to me in 2 minutes. I asked for a frozen mug and was told the dishwasher was closed, so was given a takeout container with warm beverage. I will drive west to Sundre the next time I feel like an A&W burger. It's always fresh cooked and you always get a frosty mug.
I travel for work and eat a lot of A&W burgers. The mama burger that I got at the Olds A&W was by far the best I have had from this chain in many years.

Sat parked for over 15 minutes for a frozen root beer for my child, every single time I come here they make us park and wait even if there’s no one behind us. Rather annoying and honestly not worth it. Never had to wait at any other a & w before.
