We figured we would order takeout last night unfortunately, they did not have what we would normally order as they were completely sold out so we decided to try the new menu. We were extremely disappointed with the new menu. The brie cheese, cranberry dip was one step away from puke, crusty and hard in spots and super watery all over and husband ordered the Raivio and took one bite and said it was absolutely disgusting. We asked for extra cheese which We did not receive it Also ordered the Bandera bread, which was a little overcooked with hardly any cheese spent over $100 and only got to eat and the bandera bread because everything was disgusting.

Food was absurdly good! Everything was fresh hot and delivered in a timely manner! 11/10 to the cook!!!
Server only ever got us one refill on drinks and we ordered spicy food and sat with burning tongues for 7 minutes. Was going to tip a 10 in cash as i never tip with my card but she was visibly and audibly upset when she didn't see the tip and rushed off so that plus the minimal service equals no tip! Server service 4/10 (minimum effort and nothing more) Atmosphere was nice

Got seated at 6:10 and waited until 6:45 to get a waitress/waiter to the table. I get that’s it’s busy but come on, over a half an hour to be helped. Not good.

I got a steak sandwich with yam fries the fries were great but the steak was chewy and flavour full and they didn’t even give me the bread part of the sandwich. It was take out so I know why it wasn’t like perfect but wasn’t good still.and they didn’t give me utensils so I was stuck eating this steak with my hands.

Shout out to BP's. Very busy night for them with game 6 going on. Our food was delayed but they called me to relay that and express their apologies. They made good with a free dessert. I called them because they forgot an order of wings and sent over a double order right away.

Just ordered a "loaded" pepperoni & bacon pizza for 32$. I was expecting a loaded as stated in the title. What I got was bits and pieces of the condiments on the pizza. Don't buy in this scam.
Boston Pizza is altogether a great place to get food but I really appreciated Samantha, such a nice girl and her friendliness really made for a good experience here

The staff at Boston Pizza always go out of their way to make sure my Dad is ok. He is 84. a regular visitor to BPs and when he doesn't show up, they get concerned. The service is usually exceptional, only had a couple of occasions over the years when we had to ask for a drink refill. The food is consistent and good.
