Truly wanted to give this place 5 stars. Jaden is an amazing server and was lovely in my dine in experiences. She deserves 5 stars.
However, yesterday was Halloween and I have 2 small children so I decided it would be best to order pizza to save time and get out early. I decided to choose to support local by ordering here rather than Panago. My order was placed at 3:43pm for delivery and I was told the standard 30-45m tops. Well after an hour I called for an update and was informed they use a cab company and the lady had people to drive before picking up my order and that they would call her for an update. I then get a call back to say that she lost track and FORGOT to come get my delivery which is by now sitting there cold. Bulldogs decided to throw in some free wings. Pizza arrived at 520. Over an hour and a half past order time and cold. Certainly makes me regret my decision to support local since now we had cold pizza and were late to our evening plans.
Incredibly disappointed to say the least.

Best pizza in town. Literally. There are 13 places in Olds to get pizza and these guys are easily the best. And their dry ribs are the best I have had. Ever.

It was very busy with students and large groups. It looked as if there was only one waitress to take care of about 50 patrons at one point. She definately could have used some help. She did the best she could and remained calm but service suffered a bit. She was very apologetic and a sweet girl. Kudos to her!

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of customer care I experienced this evening. I called in a takeout order and clearly asked if it could be delivered and whether the order qualified for the dry ribs promotion. The waitress confirmed both, and I proceeded to place the order. She told me it would arrive in about 30 minutes.
Over an hour later, the pizza finally arrived — cold — and with no dry ribs included.
When I called back to ask about the missing item, the same waitress rudely told me that the dry ribs promotion wasn’t valid for delivery. At no point during the original call was that mentioned. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering the confusion resulted from her own lack of communication. I likely would not have made the review had she been more professional on the phone, but she was incredibly rude for someone who made the error in the first place. Waste of money

So my boyfriend’s from Olds and was so excited to take me to Bulldog’s as he used to go chill there all the time and said it was his go to spot when he lived in Olds. He couldn’t wait to show me especially since everyone he knows loves it too!
We went Saturday night with a group of friends for drinks, then again on Wednesday for all you can eat wings (and seriously the food is 🔥 the wings were amazing and everything we ordered tasted great both nights)
But the service? HUGE letdown both times 😒
We had the same server both times and it really affected the whole experience 😖 Saturday night she seemed super miserable like no smile, barely spoke and made us feel like we were a total inconvenience just for ordering! You could tell she didn’t want to be there and it definitely showed. We felt so uncomfortable, like we were putting her out just by existing😓
Then on Wednesday, she wasn’t grumpy but still not great service. She spent most of her time talking and joking around with the bartender instead of you know… serving! Felt like we were just an afterthought…again 🤦🏼♀️And to be fair okay I’m a server too, so I totally get that some shifts are rough and everyone has not so good days 🤷🏼♀️
Lastly if I am totally being honest what made it even more awkward was how she was dressed especially on Wednesday 🙄 I get that it’s a bar and people wear what they want but there’s a difference between cute bar clothes and showing up to work with your boobs spilling out and your butt pretty much hanging out of your shorts leaving little to the imagination😓 Me and my boyfriend were both uncomfortable 😣 Like girl, it’s Bulldog’s not Hooters have SOME class!
Especially when the other servers were dressed totally fine and still looked great. Just goes to show it’s not about how much skin you show, it’s about how well you do your job. You earn tips by giving good service, not flashing your body.
We’ll definitely be back because the food was seriously that good but fingers crossed we get a different server next time 🤞🏻My boyfriend really wanted to show me why Bulldog’s was his favorite spot and I kinda low key feel bad it didn’t live up to what he remembered🥺

In Olds for the grad today and Bulldogs was highly recommended so we went and now we see why. As busy as Sheri was her service was phenomenal and she made sure we were always good! The cook makes amazing pizza and the wings are some of the best we ever had! I highly recommend if your in Olds to stop by Bulldogs for the fantastic service and out of this world food! Next time we are in Olds we will for sure be going to bulldogs again!

Went to BullDog’s today for pool, pizza and beer. Our server Sherri was absolutely fantastic she made sure we always had beer without going empty plus she was funny and friendly. The pizza was the best we have had in a long time HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will definitely be back again! Thanks Bulldogs
Awesome food, great service and friendly staff. They even let a couple of old people have a play list to dance to. We love it there!

Owner kicked me out even though he seen I got pushed over for no reason the bouncers only looking to fight they would kick u off the property (into the street) but then try and fight you still after listening to their orders they send me hat happened to cause it all but I still got kicked out for helping a person out and trying to talk peacefully but then after they didn’t talk peacefully I started being disrespectful cause I stand my ground

was told to go back to canada because one of my friends didn’t tip on a $10 drink tab. food was good but won’t be returning unless they get rid of that bartender. was saying he needs the money due to not having free healthcare. maybe he doesn’t know we pay 50% in taxes for it, not sure.
