Baking is tasty. But customer service is terrible. Please learn to a knowledge your customers, especially when they have to wait. We walked in to the store today, you looked at us but didn't say a word. You continued to make 2 lattes and speak to the Amazon drive who came in after us. At any point (but preferably when we first stepped up to the counter) you could have acknowledged us by saying "hi, I will be right with you" That would have changes my impression of this bake store immensely

If you are in need of any type of dessert for an event this is your place! Stopped in for some cupcakes for a birthday and I will never go anywhere else in the community. Support this local business anytime you can, and i promise you will never regret it. Their shoppe also has the cutest aesthetic and it's a great spot to come enjoy a coffee or dessert with a friend or even get cozy and do some work or studies! The owner and staff were also very friendly!

Amazing service, delicious baked goods, and you'll come back for more. Everything I purchased were scrumptious. The person who helped me recommended amazing treats and it did not disappoint. We got: lemon brownies - perfect chew and tang, peanut butter bar - no chocolate top which is great with a balance of sweet and salty, cranberry bar - way better than Starbucks, chocolate chip cookies - chewy and not too sweet so good, and cupcakes - moist and flavourful!Dietary restrictions: Selection caters to various dietary restrictions. Glad they also list ingredients of treats.Parking: Ample space for parking. Good location.

Stopped here on a road trip. The place smelled amazing when we walked in. The decor is nice and relaxed, and the individual behind the counter was really welcoming and efficient.We ordered a couple of hot drinks to go and two of the ginger cookies, which were likely the best we’ve tried. And we try them in a lot of places!The drinks came out great as well. Both the decaf eggnog latte and dark chocolate mocha were well balanced, not too sweet, coffee not overpowering, and perfect temperature.I absolutely will go back next time I’m in Olds. Their selection of baked goods looked amazing and it was hard to choose!Dietary restrictions: I saw keto-, paleo-, vegan- and gluten- free friendly options for baking.Plus milk and sweetener alternatives.Kid-friendliness: They have various sizes of treats and I believe kid-sized drinks on offer.
