Great value for money. $13 for an all-you-can-eat meal including hot meals, salads, burgers, grilled cheese, unlimited pop and juice, coffee, tea, milk… I mean honestly, no where else in town will you have this kind of line up for the price.
Vegetarian options: Primarily curries at lunch. They are fantastic.

Staff are amazing and the cafeteria is always clean. Sometimes they have really nice food. There is a good amount of variety for the salad bar and smoothie/self cook bar. The grill has nice burgers and fries. There are some meals that aren't amazing but everything is edible. Not every meal has a ton of flavor but I actually enjoy a good portion of the meals. If you eat the hot line food and greens at the salad bar you can have a somewhat balanced diet. The deserts are usually really good. There is often meals that are repeated throughout the 4 week menu cycle. I am certainly thankful to be able to eat here and that the staff are so friendly.

Food is often times deficient in quality. Line vegetables are ALWAYS mushy and overboiled. Meat is questionable, usually the chicken is good but they often serve funky beef, pork, sandwich meat, and fish. Pasta and rice dishes are severely under-seasoned and are hard and mushy at the same time. Pizza is mid and burgers taste funky even though they were "upgraded" to a better patty. Staff is fantastic, front desk and line workers are always trying their best to put a smile on our faces. Hall is kept clean along with surfaces in the food areas but the smell in the pantry and by the jams is VILE. Smells like rotting flesh and genuinely puts me off from eating there sometimes. Imagine the worst possible smell and now try to walk by with a plate of food and try not to hurl. Love the staff and I feel bad that they have to put up with that smell that supposedly comes from the basement on a daily basis. I swear it's dead rodents, smells exactly like it.

Food is either a miss or a near miss. Some improvements throughout the year. The awful smelling odour coming from the ‘pantry’ and near the toasters is problematic. It’s a quick way to reduce an appetite. Smells like rotting rats ?. Yum.

Always something decent on tap.Hot line is hit or miss, good 60-70% of the time. (We don’t talk about the fish and chips)Sometimes the grill has to be your fallback. All you can eat, and then some. Quantity is good. Desert is usually bussin.Unlike Lethbridge urban market, the chicken is normally cooked.
