Our poor waitress was slammed with no help and unfortunately it impacted the quality of our service. Not once did I see a manager/supervisor or other server come to help out.. My husband and I used to come here often, but it seems like over the past year the quality/portion size of the food has declined yet prices have gone up. We were disappointed.

Stopped here on a road trip. No staff in the dining area, at dinner time! The bartender came to the other side to serve 2 tables. The steak fries ( $32) was absolutely gross. Taste like a dirty grill/ shoe leather, I took it to my dog waiting in the truck. I'm 100% sure the gravy I got was a refilled gravy cup that baked all day under the heat lamp. (It was supposed to be peppercorn jus) The fish & chips were also meh.... the oil was prob not hot enough because the batter was drenched with oil. I think the fries were old and just refried. But 1 of the 3 plates got fresh, cooked once fries. The banquet seats were in awful condition. Food stains galore. This place needs an over haul. Total disappointment will avoid this place in the future.

Had the best time while I was here last weekend! Julia was a fantastic server never letting my drink get too low and being quick with her service. Had the fish and chips which were great and the whole environment was very clean and inviting! Can't wait to come back again!

We don't go out for dinner very often anymore. Friday June 13 we choose Just Jacks while that was a mistake, my mushroom fettuccine was cold not even room temperature. Will not be wasting my time going back.

Just sat for 15 minutes no one came to serve us 2 servers walked past our table. We left without getting a menu or offered a drink. This is sad as the last time we were in the food was awesome which is why we came back.

Food was absolutely atrocious – couldn't stand to finish and made both me and my wife sick afterwards. Overpriced too and staff not all that attentive even with the place being empty (which I can see why).

I thoroughly enjoy every meal I have at Just Jacks. The restaurant and bathrooms are spacious and clean, the staff are professional and pleasant, the food is constantly perfect in presentation, quantity, and quality, and the atmosphere is calming and enjoyable.
