the server was rude, mixed the order and look like he hate his job, the bubble tea is one of the worst I ever tried, water and ice with pretty much no taste. will not go back there. The pho was good at least

I was an inconvenience to them at 12:30 noon at their empty restaurant. I was abruptly told that they don’t serve alcohol, and was rushed at the menu. Was just here to have lunch before the registries office opened after their lunch hour. I then told them to make it to go, not sure how the food is going to be, but I won’t be back and honestly, any one from Olds, “ it still looks like Signature Club” not recommended, I’ll update regarding the food quality. My suspicions are that they hire a company to rate them that’s why such a good 4.7 review. Not the case.
I was excited to try the ‘special vermicelli,’ but I was a bit disappointed by the portion size, especially considering the price. Compared to other Vietnamese restaurants, the serving felt small for what I paid. That said, the flavors were great, and I really enjoyed the taste. I just hope they’ll consider giving a bit more in the future to match the cost.

I have no idea why this place is rated so high. An Olds 4.3 must be a Calgary 3. The food was pricy, medium level quality and small portions (especially for Vietnamese). The service and atmosphere don’t even exist.

Ordered take out. Spring rolls were good, salad rolls had 90% vermicelli in them, no pork or lettuce. The lemon grass chicken with rice was dry, no sauce, hardly any chicken and the rice was crunchy. Plus note: all the prices on the online menu are wrong, I mentioned this and he said they have no control over that!! I told him about the quality of food and he couldn't of cared less and didn't even offer to make it right. Is this what good customer service is now-a-days? Kinh you just lost my business!
