I company crew loves panda express all the time, it's my 1st time going to this location 10175 186st NW. I place an order for 10 bigger plate. The crew that help me was very rude their name are Mackena & Arianna both of them both of them have both service I have 5 orders of the same kind and still she want me to repeat the complete name of the order of each menu, I tried to point out as my eye sight is not good but still she want me to say it out loud the correct name of the menu and I touch the glass while pointing the menu she literally told me not to touch the glass. But the worst this is the attitude and body language of their reaction. Being in customer service needs to treat the customer politely or explain in a standard manner. She even mentioned that if I order 10 bigger plate I need to place an order in advance. The is when I saw your store I decided to buy lunch for the our crew so no time to place an order in advance..

Awful zero flavour in anything
I ordered a plate from Panda Hut in Edmonton, Alberta, which was supposed to include 2x Chow Mein, Honey Sesame Seed Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and King Pow Chicken. Unfortunately, the meal fell far short of my expectations. The portion sizes were extremely disappointing: I received what looked like only half an order of chow mein instead of the full double serving I ordered, and the chicken was severely lacking—only four pieces, with one dish chopped into such tiny cubes that it became lost in the chow mein.
Additionally, the noodles were overwhelmingly spicy, making them nearly inedible, and every component of the meal was served cold. The overall presentation and quality were unacceptable, leaving me thoroughly disappointed with what should have been a satisfying meal. Based on this experience, I regret ordering from Panda Hut and will not be returning in the future.

Do not go to this location. The quality of food here is very tasteless and rotten. Some of the staff are friendly, while others are uncunning. The place is very dirty and not sanitized for the next use. The management don't seem to care about customers getting sick from germs. Train your staff properly!

Panda Express is like the only heaven you can find if you enjoy American Chinese food. All of their chicken and beef mains are wonderfully cooked in all locations, no exceptions! The staff members here are super friendly and energizing, and the huge windows here are great as well. Food is usually ready to serve - you can go through the entire purchasing experience within three minutes if you know what you are doing!

This location deserves its 3.6 out of 5 rating. Even though it wasn’t closing time, they shut down the debit machine early, forcing customers to pay cash or leave. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of regard for customer convenience.
If a business is still open, it should be fully operational. Shutting down payment options early is lazy, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. There was no warning, no sign, and no attempt to accommodate customers. This is exactly why this location struggles with low ratings. I won’t be coming back.

Went through the drive thru, was told to park in front. Waited 15 minutes ended up having to go in and get my food. Nothing is more irritating then wasting someone's time.

It's frustrating when a business's hours don't reflect the actual availability of their products.
Worst panda express in the city. If i wanted to order chicken nugget i would go to mcdonalds across the street. Put the right amount of sauce in your recipe and stop trying to cheap out on everything. I will never be back here. Not the first time i come here but today was the last time. I will adjust my travel plans to go to panda express south common instead.
You’re killing your business little by little. Great job! :)

Their Manager and staff are very accommodating! Great job.
Today, I had the teriyaki chicken, honey sesame chicken, and honey walnut shrimp over white rice and noodles. As expected, the honey dishes lean on the sugary side with the glaze, but for chinese american fast food, it can definitely satisfy a craving. Get the Teriyaki chicken with the sauce on the side if your looking for a healthier option!
