firstly, their customer service is worst worst worst. i use to go there with my friends and they make rude expressions every time. they don't care about gloves like she was mopping the floor and didn't even wash her hands after that. they never change gloves after serving non vegetarian to vegan.
Absolutely pathetic, ordered a steak and cheese with extra cheese for pick up and there was not even the regular amount of cheese put on let alone extra, maybe enough steak on it to feed a mouse barely any veggies most of the sub was made up of sauce rather than the actual items. As someone who worked at the subway in didsbury for nearly 3 years while I was in high school I can confidently say that you have to be pretty retarded not to be able to make a sandwich. Do not go to this subway location in olds it is a waste of time and money. Also from reading through the reviews it seem that most of the good ones are possibly written by either staff or family and friends of the staff. I say again aviod this subway worst subway that exists.

I went here with my husband just right now. Terribly Rude staff and poor customer service to say the least. One of the female sandwich artist always rushes in a very rude manner. I had been working in subway for 3 years at downtown Toronto. We did not behave like this to customers. Even she didn’t reply to our greetings. Come on man, its a morning time, you should be pleased. Very bed experienced

Everytime I eat here I get sick. And I thought it was just me, but my mother and brother both end up stomach issues. And I know it's not subway in general because I've eaten at other locations and have been fine. I've noticed they rarely wear gloves so maybe that's it? Idk if they wash frequently or not. Other than that it's a nice quiet location. Decent staff.

Every knows subway is not the best lol but I am blow away with how incompetent the staff at this location are. Constantly messing up orders, not using gloves, and they can’t even handle taking down and putting up the correct signage. Definitely a Fast food chain not fresh food, this location is worse than McDonald’s and I’ve never been anywhere with ruder staff member than this subway. Very disappointing for a small town.Now I see I should have read the reviews ahead of time, clearly they have some issues with bad stuff and terrible service lol
