I got in line at the drive thru order my sandwich, and in the drive to the window I realized I had left my wallet at home! I had some change in my console so counted it out, I had $9.05. When I got to the window I explained my situation and asked if I could change my order to a smaller size sandwich, my sandwich was already made. The attendant told me she would make up the difference herself. I was less than $2 short. Thank you thank you thank you! You didn't have to and you could have been upset with me but you weren't and extended kindness and mercy to me!

Waited by the till for a few minutes before somebody finally decided to talk to me, ordered A Roast Beef cravable. And the person making it didn't even bother, making it correctly. Put the wrong sauce on it. Which made the sandwich taste gross.

Terrible employees and service , yesterday I make mobile order at this place , but when I come for my food they said to me I order at wrong place and send me to another Tim Hortons . So I walk 20 min for another Tim H and they said me I was at correct place first time , and I walk back . When come back I ask for manger , but employers said his not around , and it’s my fold . I try may contact with email , and they answer me they kinda don’t care.

Zero if I could. Went there this morning and clearly ordered 3 Sausage and Egg Sandwiches. Get to the window the guy takes my payment and says no egg. I said I ordered with egg and he got rude and yelled at the girl who took the order in what ever language. Then after trying to understand him, wanted me to pay cash for the difference. Terrible when the people taking orders can not speak English and are rude. I just drove off and they can keep the money for English lessons I recommend going to McDonald's or the other location in Olds

Ordered 3 large coffees, 6muffins, and 6 assorted donuts. When I got to the drive thru window with no wait at all, the coffees were ready to be handed! I was shocked at the efficiency and service I received. Due to the weather, the smiling staff mentioned only 4 employees. They all deserve a raise! Doing a great job team amazing!
