Easily my favorite Timmy's and I'm from Penhold. Just wanted to ask the owner if you could put a sign right near the entry way that tells drivers not to pull up over the walkway going across the drive through. It's constantly being blocked by vehicles and as a daily walk in, this is not only frustrating, it's dangerous. Drivers are oblivious. Thanks 👍

actually the worst tim hortons i’ve been to. they mess up our order almost every time we go. went through the drive thru and told them we wanted 2 seperate orders and they put it all on one order and completely missed the coffee we ordered. employees were joking around with eachother and clearly clearly putting more effort into their private conversations than they were their job.

Worst service from one of your employee TINA , we were seven people and we all were giving our order and she was making weird faces and she was so rude. We were talking in such a good manner but she was not even listening to us. Thats not fair at all such a poor services.

Tina named server was extremely horrible !! She had such a negative attitude and terrible way of speaking. Literally spoiled our stop at Tim hortons. Would never recommend coming here. Managers should strictly follow up with this person and take actions towards that if they even care a percent about their customer service !!!!
