Worst customer service ever!! Hope, needs to learn some major customer service skills...so RUDE!! This was not a "one off" it has been every time I have dealt with her. I would have loved to speak with the owner about this... but where do you find that info?

I'm not too sure how they screwed up this bad in a one lane drive thru but they charged me for someone else's order. Then didn't believe me when I said I only got a breakfast sandwich. Then charged me AGAIN. I held up the line for solidly 10 minutes waiting for a refund that I'm not even sure I got because it hasn't shown up in my account. Then my sandwhich had a hard piece in it? I highly recommend going to McDonalds or A&W. I don't write bad reviews but after being charged twice, it needed to happen.

Was asked to park and wait for my pizzas, Waited outside for 10 min still didn't bring my pizzas out. Went in waited 5 more minutes while they prepped and baked them. Unacceptable. This was a mobile order too.

I ordered bacon wrap it is not grilled properly looks so bad just sauce only I tried to return it . The manager was so rude she doesn’t want to listen to the costumer. customer service Zero. we don’t want go back that place again. Also we share this message to public website also the lady was talked to me Unprofessional.
