We stopped in for a quick takeout lunch. We placed our order and stepped aside to chat so other guests could pay. Our wait seemed long, so we took a look at our surroundings and noticed the people in line behind us had all gone. We checked on our order only to find it must have been forgotten or it had been given to someone else. We did get our sandwich, bagel, and drinks -- but not an apology, sorry for the delay, or even have a nice day!
