Olds is so lucky to have a diamond in the rough with Tracks pub. The owners care so much about keeping Tracks authentically unique. For a live music venue it is amazing to have this place!!! I’ve seen the Dead South at tracks before they made it big!! Food is always amazing and the service is awesome! Love all the staff there.

Older lady with shorter hair and glasses was completely rude and disrespectful. Complained about us having our children there, we took them outside every time they made any noise. Should not be a family friendly establishment if you don’t want kids there. Also threw my food on the table disrespectfully and rudely. She should not be working there you would get a lot more business if she wasn’t there. All the other staff have always been great, talk to our kids and are very friendly. This lady needs some customer service training.

Older lady with short hair and glasses absolutely should not be a part of that establishment as it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. The audacity this woman had was wild, and out of pocket. We have been going to this pub for 3 years and not once ever treated like this until this old Karen. If you look back at other reviews she has been complained about before even for eating out of someone’s order, freaking disgusting!!! Do better tracks!!!

Food was good and waitress was good, but older lady working complained to my husband about our children being loud, which they weren’t as every time they were, one of us took them outside until they had calmed down. Should probably not be a family friendly establishment if you think kids aren’t gonna make a little bit of noise. Ruined our whole night. Will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. Also ordered some food to go and this older lady brought it out, threw the food on the table. Terrible customer service she has.

The food was excellent and our waitress was wonderful. However, our experience was overshadowed by an interaction with an older staff member who told us we would have to leave if my 2-year-old grandson didn’t quiet down. While I understand the need for a comfortable dining environment, the way it was handled came across as rude and unprofessional.

The Spinach Salad was fantastic. Highly recommend.
Amazing place! The owners are great and very friendly. Amazing patio, they have a dog friendly patio (unlike Grouchy Daddy 🙄) they give dog treats and water for them - 10/10 for that. The menu is nice, the food is good. You should give it a try. Says a lot about this place when they treat dog so well..

honestly, not great service. I’ve been coming here for the past few years and the service has never been quite as awful as now. Our waitress is no where to be seen, 20 minutes after taking our drink orders, the place is empty too! We finally got our drinks and she immediately turns and walks away, we are trying to order food but she is walking past us and blatantly avoiding us. It’s unfortunate that the service has gone down so much, this place used to be a huge family fun restaurant/pub and it used to be a hit! Unfortunately, i don’t think i will be returning as the service is not worth the money or mediocre food.
