Went thru the drive thru one night and told them I wanted a burger combo and to just surprise me with their choice. Was really good, friendly and fast. They gave me some sort of poutine that had cheese, bacon, on the fries and it came with sour cream on the side, I never would have willingly bought it on my own. So I’m happy they put that in because it tasted amazing and will definitely order that again. All in all everything tasted great and was hot and fresh

1. The staff handled food without wearing uniforms or gloves. 2. I saw a employee grabbing and eating fries with her bare hands! 3. When packing fries, an employee wiped the box with their clothes?! 4. A man without any uniform didn’t pack the item I ordered and asked if I didn’t want it. When I said I had already paid, he reluctantly packed it for me. 5. The burger was cold. Because of this extremely poor service and hygiene, I had diarrhea that night!

I placed an order about 25 minutes before closing and didn’t realize they had to make it once I arrived. I showed up right before closing, but the team still stayed late to finish my order without any complaints. They were super professional, friendly, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all even though it was the end of their shift. Really appreciate the great customer service and effort. Restaurant is not following Wendy standards they're handing out plain Jane napkins and styrofoam cups for drinks. Their service is slowed right down in the past couple of months It's probably one of the worst Wendy's that I've ever eaten at for speed

Just got a burger combo ordered from Uber got orange pants and it tatse like what the cup was completely full with ice . I scooped the ice out and this is how much juice is in it I haven't taken a sip yet .. ridiculous never had this ever happened in my 26 years of life.
