Been going here all my life, this restaurant cares about each customer, the quality, and the value. Deserves 5 stars and will always be one of my favourite places to go! I highly recommend.

been to this place a few times now. Just moved to the area. ill start with the pros. really good pizza, and decent burgers for the price. that's the only positives I've noticed. I've had two donairs, and both times they have been absolutely soaking wet. I have no idea why. the amount of liquid that drips from the donair filled half my plate. its disgusting. the women working both the counter and drive thru never smile or say hello. they talk at you, and that's when they're not talking to eachother in their own language. its incredibly disrespectful. also, the prices on their menu dont match what they are at the register. when I bring it up they just shrug it off. a large donair poutine shows $13 on the menu but comes out to $16 because "the sauce is extra". how does the sauce on a donair poutine cost $3 extra?! that's the whole point of a donair poutine. sweet sauce instead of gravy. this has happened with the milkshakes, and other items too. the only reason I go back is because I like supporting small, canadian businesses. but I never see any Canadians actually working there. ill be going to Sals when that opens up.

Ordered a donair pizza tonight while delicious paying 30bucks a pie I would expect a bit more donair meat as well sauce quite dry really. But tasty asked for well done and got exactly that. And no deals besides 2 for 1 2 toppings...... should have some sort of one in today's age and market.

The service is always good at burger baron. The quantity of some of the food is lacking sadly. For example, you pay almost $10 for a serving of popcorn chicken that barely fill half of the bag they serve it in. The pizza is good and it's always filling, but it is more expensive then most places you can go to. Their burgers are quite greasy so if you like that you'll love burger baron, but if you don't like a greasy burger then I'd skip the burgers here.

The food is typically alright but always check your order before leaving, and I mean thoroughly check. I’ve had the chicken lasagna come baked with cheese on top and no sauce at all, just noodles, chicken and cheese on top; and the last time I ordered a beef and fresh tomato pizza, they forgot to put the tomato on it.

I am very disappointed with Burger Baron in Onoway. We love their pizza. We've gotten their pizzas many times and they are always great! Until yesterday... we got a pizza and it was over cooked and tasted bad. No problem, we thought. We called today to let them know. We were told the pizzas that are 1/2 and 1/2 are not consistenty cooked, so they don't always turn out!?!?
Anyway we asked for a replacement pizza or our money back. The owner argued with us offering 5 dollars off because he can't afford to give free pizza!
Be warned, if your pizza does not turn out....you are out of luck!

Had the double pizza burger and fries. Were pretty good, bun seemed a little stale and cold , not as good as the last time I was there a while back. Fries were hot and crispy. Over all rating 7.5 out of 10
