Extremely poor service as I arrived in evening around 9:15 PM on October 25 the staff was quite unresponsive and after I placed an order the girl with her tattoo and pink hair just threw my coffee on the table without even saying thanks and continued her work it felt me very disrespectful and I request to train your employees and educate them. What’s the term called Customer Service Thank you.

While making a hotshot, I ordered a meal through the A&W app. The app placed this restaurant as the closest location, with the restaurant pinned as being 18 km away, on my route. However, when I "arrived", there was only a farmer's field. I called the store with the intent of cancelling my order and requesting a refund, and left a voicemail. The manager, Shalini, returned my call with apologies over the incident, and went above and beyond by e-transferring me compensation! She even asked me to stop by for a visit! Had I not been on a tight schedule, I would have taken her up on the offer if only to meet this sweet woman in person.

Was there Sunday at noon 2 guys and 2 girls working, but not busy dinning room was dirty with staff just standing around . I don’t know who was supervising but the male staff was just standing around
The staff yesterday was wonderful and the young woman and man behind the counter were jovial. Even the customers were delightful. Thank you for our delicious burgers.

Definitely one of the better A&W restaurants I've been to recently. Food was great, not soggy and the fries were well seasoned. Drive through staff we're very friendly and professional. I rated the atmosphere a bit lower just simply because it's on the side of the highway and not exactly the most scenic experience lol.
