Can we say a Canadian classic? It truly is good food. They use quality products. And no one beats the root beer! 🍺 This location is adjoined with a gas station. Best prices from our travels. Hanna is a cute little town. In addition to the classic A&W claim to fame is Chad Kroeger of Nickleback. It is his hometown. It’s a great little stop with all the amenities.

Worked at A&W myself for a number of years, so know what to expect. Food was standard A&W (which is a good thing), but the day we were there, the service was exceptional. It is on a route we often travel, and it will be a regular stop for us in the future. Even the younger staff were good. Actually, the younger staff put most standard fast food staff I've experienced to shame. A+

I drive thru Oyen twice a year to visit family - this is the only time I have fast food and I really look forward to stopping here - Always clean, friendly staff and the food is fresh and delicious (even the lettuce on the burgers is yummy and crisp) Washrooms are pristine

Just passing through. It was busy but the food came out in a reasonable time. Very polite staff.
Extremely poor service as I arrived in evening around 9:15 PM on October 25 the staff was quite unresponsive and after I placed an order the girl with her tattoo and pink hair just threw my coffee on the table without even saying thanks and continued her work it felt me very disrespectful and I request to train your employees and educate them. What’s the term called Customer Service Thank you.

While making a hotshot, I ordered a meal through the A&W app. The app placed this restaurant as the closest location, with the restaurant pinned as being 18 km away, on my route. However, when I "arrived", there was only a farmer's field. I called the store with the intent of cancelling my order and requesting a refund, and left a voicemail. The manager, Shalini, returned my call with apologies over the incident, and went above and beyond by e-transferring me compensation! She even asked me to stop by for a visit! Had I not been on a tight schedule, I would have taken her up on the offer if only to meet this sweet woman in person.
