“While making a hotshot, I ordered a meal through the A&W app. The app placed this restaurant as the closest location, with the restaurant pinned as being 18 km away, on my route. However, when I "arrived", there was only a farmer's field. I called the store with the intent of cancelling my order and requesting a refund, and left a voicemail. The manager, Shalini, returned my call with apologies over the incident, and went above and beyond by e-transferring me compensation! She even asked me to stop by for a visit! Had I not been on a tight schedule, I would have taken her up on the offer if only to meet this sweet woman in person.“
