I found a hair in my food. I called to tell them and the Manager was dismissive and rude about it. I wasn't being hostile about it, so she had no reason. She made me bring my food in and looked for the hair. After a while she just replaced it and walked away. It was a pretty bad experience with her and it wasn't the first time.

100% no questions asked the worst fast food location in alberta. The owner employs people who touch minors and scream so loud everyone in the mall can hear them. When asked about it the owner had an ignorant response and has done nothing. She knows it’s an issue too. If you are going to go to this a&w i unfortunately have to tell you DON’T. Joanne serious changes gotta be made cause this is disgusting.

The best A&W we've been at. Staff (two young gentlemen) were very friendly, food was HOT (seems to be a rarity these days), restaurant was clean. We would definitely go back!

Minimal menu items, signs up listing some of the missing items. Okay service. Coffee was good. Clean but no Covid-19 protections
Hair in my onion runs was off putting to say the least. When I called to tell them, they wanted the food to see it. I bought it, they examined it and replaced the onion rings. No apologies.My meal was ruined and I had to make 2 trips. A replacement meal is the way to handle it; without asking to see my food. I'm not a kid. Can't imagine ever eating here again.

New staff member with very little customer service experience. Instead of asking 'for here or to go?' I was told my order was take out. The staff in the back also put out fries instead of a poutine, to which he screamed to the back, 'its a poutine, not fries!'I understand everyone is new at their job but some customer service goes a long way

nine times out of ten when we have been to this location they have been out of onion rings. Not exaggerating. If you always run out, then maybe make more?!? The reason I eat there is for the onion rings so it is very disappointing that every time I go there isn’t any. Only at this location has this ever happened.

Milkshake machine has been down out for the last 3 years with zero plan of repairing or bringing a new one in. Would give zero stars because of this if the service wasn’t so good. Also, most inconsistent A&W I’ve been to for quality and freshness of food. 3 out of 5 times, the fries and onion rings will be cold.Despite the inconsistency, the service here has always been top quality!(Bring the milkshake machine back!)
