The 10 piece extra crispy meal was absolutely gross. Didn't even taste like anything but grease and flour. No spices at all on the chicken and had to spice myself when I got to my rig. 50 bucks wasted on garbage

Well its KFC, so the food is good if you like KFC, but the service is hit or miss. The drive through Is horrible and makes very little sense unless you are on a bicycle. But they did the best they could with the space given I suppose.

Obvious that the oil hadn't been changed in a long time, the chicken had the smell and taste of old oil. The fries were somewhat ok.Asked for ketchup and utensils at the drive through window, recieved none of them.

Big Crunch carelessly made with blobs of mayo and rotten lettuce ?
They changed their fries box into an open box. When leaving the KFC, we had hit a pothole which resulted in the open box fries spilling out onto the floor. My husband had went back to see if they’d be able to put new fries in the boxes they usually had put them in, it ended up in an argument between the cashier and the manager. The manager didn’t want to give a box to my husband for the fries he was PAYING for. He had tried explaining that he doesn’t want them to fall onto the floor like the last ones, especially since we’re going to be driving and don’t live in peace river. The cashier was nice enough to understand the situation and got the back to put them in a box. Another lady ordering beside my husband had said that she would like a bag or box for her fries as well due to hearing what had happened to us, the manager ended up giving my husband very rude looks before he turned to leave.Experience 4/10Service from cashier 10/10Food 8/10
