You now have to ask for a fork through the drive-thru. They wont just put it in the bag like any normal joint when you order a poutine. They told me thats what they were doing when i had to waste my time going back there to get one. Thats a wild way of doing business. You guys really conserving wooden forks now? For food items that require forks?

I order the same thing through the app 20 mins ahead of time. Same quality Everytime too. Ive experienced no problems with the Big Crunch chicken burgers. The fries are seasoned well and very tasty.

Ver salty chicken every time and not draining the oil. Even pointed out, but they don't consider it, I think it is salty more than any other location of the KFC. Hope in future they will consider it or maybe sometime Alberta Health (food) inspector could check this location especially for the salt.

My son-in-law and my daughter was just on the phone to complain about getting wrong chicken. The KFC Peave River on-line orrder was at 5:21pm today and we picked it up before 7:30pm on our way back yo Fairview. They were asked it they were fark meat after our 1 hour drive, we found out they were nit dark meat. My son-in-law as eell as my daughter complained about the wrong chicken abd demanded they get the money back. The KFC employees are given them the round around avouding returning the money back done thtu credit card. To naje the long story short, they played dumb and didnt even bother to apologize for the mistake and actially want the customer to cancel and pissibly get the refubd It's more abnatter of cystomer service and attitude towards customers. This is actually the srcond time they made a mistake. Whatever was done, customers should get their money back, no explanation just refund yheoney. This is so upsetting and we will never patrionize KFC particularly Peace Rivet branch. Service and attitude really suvk. They don't even deserve a star. We are expecting yo get the tefund nack.We'll gladly deal with KFC management to correct the mistake. We would appreciate your promt response.

Best KFC in Canada.....I can't believe it. In a little town Alberta, got the best FRIED CHICKEN of all KFC in canada
This place is a joke. Almost every time I go to this establishment they get my order wrong. Today I placed my order adding gravy to it. When she passed me my food through the drive through window I asked if my gravy was in the bag. I was assured it was. When I arrived home (a 40 minute drive from town) there was no gravy. I called (7 times before I received an answer) they said I was not charged for gravy. I then asked why she would verify that it was in the bag when I inquired…. Of course they had no answer for me. I complained to the supervisor on duty & she said she would call me back. 5 hours later & I am still waiting for my callback I’m so done with this place. I will never visit this establishment again - I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
