Getting annoyed at listening to workers arguing in a foreign language. Every time I go into this restaurant, I am dealing with staff whondonot speak fluent English.

I just ordered tonight at 9:56pm October 30,2025 by pickup thru my online app while waiting for my order, i saw the sandwich maker or burger maker is not wearing a gloves while preparing the burger. He’s an Indian guy. You can check the CCTV in your kitchen that i’m telling a truth. Is that a standard to prepare the food? So disgusting!

Delivers to the wrong address constantly, even though the correct address is literally in the email

We usually only come to McDonald's in the morning and mostly drive through for coffee and food. We decided this time to dine in. The people serving us were distracted. Got the orders wrong even after repeating it a few times, but worse is the state of the dining area, every table was dirty and there's a ton of garbage and spilled ketchup and pop on the counter where the condiments, straw and napkins were located. There were a bunch of people standing around at the kitchen and no one came to clean up. Food is as can be expected.
Terrible service. Not helping support families experiencing displacement from wildfires. Unbelievable.

The staff don't pay attention to the slips when you ask for no cheese on a burger.
We had our meal delivered asked for 2 double quarter pounder without cheese and onions. When we opened up the burgers they were made regular So my family member that ordered those burger had to wait for me to call the store to get them replaced. This happens to us quite regularly. I asked for headquarters phone number and the manager on shift tells me they don't have that number.they did send us the correct burger after she said they would be refunded. She only refunded 1
