The staff don't pay attention to the slips when you ask for no cheese on a burger.
We had our meal delivered asked for 2 double quarter pounder without cheese and onions. When we opened up the burgers they were made regular So my family member that ordered those burger had to wait for me to call the store to get them replaced. This happens to us quite regularly. I asked for headquarters phone number and the manager on shift tells me they don't have that number.they did send us the correct burger after she said they would be refunded. She only refunded 1

Always been a fan of this branch whenever I'm in town. But the last time we went to have a quick lunch, I've notice that most of the kitchen staff are NOT wearing gloves while they are preparing the foods. Assembling it with their bare hands. Then i saw the staff that is on the dispatch area that is wearing gloves. Its just ridiculous! Food safety for the consumer is compromised. Maybe Im gonna pass on having a meal for a while.

The best McDonald's I've ever been to. I am from ontario, and I've never had such good customer service they were nice and very quick. We had accidentally dropped a nugget on the floor. i asked if we could maybe have a replacement nugget .. expecting a no or a single nugget, but instead, the lady brought a box of 4 nuggets to replace it. The food was very good, the nuggets and fries were fresh, and the double quarter pounder was also fresh and surprisingly wasn't loaded with pickles it had a good amount. It was a very clean McDonald's and i loved it. I would recommend this McDonald's.

Staff that's willing to chuckle and give you an extra burger rather than stealing things... yeah that's what we're lookin for. Good apple pies although sometimes they're out of them (which should never happen)... but still worth the 5 stars cause they let people walk or bike or onewheel up to the window unlike Tim Hortons down the street!! Go McD's go, keep up the human-friendly attitude🥰 cause after all why not?

Terrible customer service. I was at the front till waiting to order food and was ignored by 3 staff members who were talking and distracting each other from waiting customers. When someone had asked if I was ready to order, I said I needed a couple seconds for the menu screen to refresh. When I was ready to order, I was then again ignored by the staff, yet again. I waited a few more moments in case the one staff member who was on her cell phone at the till was ready to take my order, but no.
I do not recommend using the front till to order your food, use the drive thru or kiosk.
