We booked a reservation for our entire hockey team and their families while travelling to Peace River for a tournament. Jordan was incredibly organized to deal with as we placed our orders in advance and attentive as changes arose (day before notice for pre-orders no longer attending; day of notice for families who had not yet committed to attending). Jordan, Jessica, and staff were welcoming of our group of 40ish diners and prepared to ensure we were served in a timely fashion. Everyone was seated, served, and paid within an hour (while they graciously accepted our help in handing food and drinks to players and family members by name based on the spreadsheet we had shared). Food was hot, drinks were cold, and individual bills were organized and then revised as some of the grown ups added “a little something” to their beverage orders. All this while attending to the multiple other customers who arrived during our time there, seeing to it that everyone was served in a timely fashion. Thank you Jordan, Jessica, and team for your incredible hospitality! We greatly appreciate your efforts!

Food and portion sizes were amazing, service was quick and super friendly.

As a travelling worker, I have eaten at numerous Ricky's throughout western Canada, and this one was by far the BEST!!

The food preparation and portions clearly displayed the cooks take some serious pride in their work, and the service prompt and friendly and attentive.

I feel like the majority of the poor reviews on here stem from people coming at peak rush hours and still expecting 5 star service. If attending during hours of peak demand, one must be willing to make concessions on service and quality.

I was definitely impressed on all fronts with this location, and will definitely return and recommend!

Server seemed surprised when I complained that I'd ordered toast and what I'd received was limp slices of bread buttered one side and the merest hint of darkness on the other side. Eventually brought out some which quite close to being burnt but by this time I just wanted out. Bacon and eggs were fine shredded hash browns were under cooked. Stayed here several times over time and on-site dinner used to be good but then it changed hands.

The food was so oily that I couldn't eat it. I wish they would go back to their old menu, there's very little selection now. Was very disappointed.

Breakfast was included with room at quality inn. Service was pushy, server never did bring me the juice that was ordered and when finished the plate the person clearing the table tried to take my water glass out of my hand while trying to drink. Then they were not impressed when I didn't leave a Tip for the bacon that was not included with the basic breakfast.

Sooo unhappy with Peace River Ricky’s at Quality Inn. I spent almost $100 for food take out and the food was horrible. The fish and chips with shrimp platter- the fish was soggy and oily, same as the shrimps. The color of the fish and shrimp was dark brown and tasted like burned oil. No tartar sauce was also provided. The philly cheesesteak was salty and the mac and cheese was gross per my 7 y/o. She took one bite of it and spit it out in the garbage can. I did try it and felt the same way as my daughter. Its tasted like they just microwaved the whole mixture of 3 cheese and macaroni. The only thing that was close to being edible was the lasagna. My son ate 1/4 of it and after awhile also got tired of the taste.
