We are always having unpleasant experience every time that one specific staff named (Amar) taking our order and preparing for it. She always sounds so RUDE and Disrespectful.

But tonight was our final straw! There was no customer behind us and we did order a bunch of stuff, she’s always rolling her eyes and asked us “anything else” trice with a rude and sullen tone assuming that she’s annoyed with us taking our time to order.

Worst, Rude, and disrespectful staff at Timmys Peace River! 😡

This place is so bad, they have so many employees yet nothing gets done, there were about 6 people in front of me in line and I ended up waiting half an hour to get served it took forever to receive my food and when I finally did it was cold plus my sausage and bacon wrap had no bacon, all the employees are standing around talking rather then doing their job, if you are passing thru and wanna get a coffee or something I recommend Starbucks it’s WAY better.

The recent renovations were beyond garbage. They removed the nice booths and comfy seats, even the real art and tvs are gone. There is no value or substance in the new design. THEY EVEN GOT RID OF THE FIREPLACE!

At least the employees were nice and really fast. Had my sandwich and Coffee done in probably 35 seconds. Never seen that before.

It was second time went at this place today. They took order and no care about giving or calling out for drinks. First time I thought, I got mistake in hearing but today...just make the drinks and leave it over the counter, no care to call for drinks, it's like it's the customer responsibility to take care of this...but food making staff is awesome both time calling for my wraps..only order taking and delivering drinks is way more worse...and I even left my timbits over there as to make space for the guest next to me.
The lady at front is giving training to other but she needs to do something to provide service
