Almost every time I go there the items I try to order are not available. Whether it’s pizza, croissants, smoothies, wraps, etc. Usually just end up leaving and order somewhere else. Communication is always challenging with the drive thru workers. Yesterday I ordered honey dipped Tim Bits and received nasty purple jelly filled ones instead with maybe three actual honey dipped in the box but they all had purple sprinkles on them. Probably will be my last time going there.

Drives me crazy that the menu items on the map don't actually match what they have in store. Every time I've gone there they had to swap something. Guy who served me was nice though!

Peace River AB...are we in Canada still? Absolutely disgraceful that only one member on staff can speak English outside their trained phrases. At No time should any language outside of Canada's national languages (english or french) be spoken in a business. Food was usual crap, but quick and convenient on a long drive

Horrible food. The bacon on my sandwich was raw/not cooked. The donuts are always stale. Wouldn’t recommend.

The staff have always been extremely polite and well mannered during my visits, unfortunately that is the only positive thing I have to say about this particular location. Nearly every single time I order, I am always told to wait so they can check if they have the items I have requested. Most of us are well aware that this is a ridiculous strategy they use to make their drive-thru service times look better. My biggest complaint is the complete lack of care taken when preparing food. There is next to zero consistency here. In my experience the food is always slapped together and a mess. Often my drinks will be less than full as well. I have attached a photo of a wrap I ordered for lunch today. It had less than half the normal filling and was loosely wrapped.

Went in for my morning coffee but the vibe was really off. One male worker was straight up yelling at a female staff, speaking in his language (Filipino I think). Made the place feel tense and toxic. Not what you expect from Tim Hortons.
