The food was usual. The wait was unusual and the existing customers were complaining the entire time they were waiting. Somewhere up to half an hour and four customers after them got served.

Spent over $50 to get supper, the bucket of chicken tastes like lard, the popcorn chicken is burnt, asked for no seasoning on the fries yes waited for fresh fries BUT they had seasoning anyway AND the gravy tasted only of flour!! Worst and last time we will ever go to this KFC not worth any money!!

More than 14 minutes in drive through at 12:39 on a Thursday afternoon. Asked for 2 chicken sandwichs, found 2 wraps in my order, would not recommend.

Went to get a chrispy variety bucket to be told they didn't have any chrispy chicken!! And it would be a 20 min wait for they to make it. How does a chicken place not have chicken?? And it was well before closing so thats no excuse!

Just stopped in at 7:50pm on a Wednesday. Wanted to order a 3 piece dinner. Was told they only have chicken tenders because they are getting ready to close.... at 9pm. They could cook chicken but it would be a 20 minute wait. Ordered a burger.... but thats a 10 minute wait. Crazy.. and 35$ for 2 burger meals. 8:15pm... kids are doing their day end cash out and can't be bothered to bring my meal I've been waiting for. Pay your staff to work past closing for 30min so they can have food a priority and not getting out of there for 9pm

The first thing you will notice is that the restaurant has undergone a remodeling of the interior. It is bright and well laid out. The employees are friendly and quick to take your order. If you choose to dine in you will find everything very clean with plenty of room. No shortage of condiments either. Nice restaurant to dine in or take out.

Why do they never have any chicken ready!!!! They are literally a chicken place, very bad managing and planning on their part . Ridiculous

They never have chicken ready, even at the peak times like lunch and dinner. So if you make an order online and pay for it online expect to be waiting when get to the restaurant at the time you were told your order would be ready.

The service was very poor standing waiting for ketchup and salt and 2 staff walk by an ignore me standing there and 2 girls working hard on drive threw.
Then new customer comes and they get a meal an look at it an it's missing fries they are ignored and stand there 5 min I went to front door an opened it so sounds alarm that new customers came in and then they got attended to. The customers said thank you to me for opening door.
Unfortunately the chicken left the box saturated with grease.
Was not pleasant to eat.

The food was good but unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to something that I ate there. Because they had just reopened after renovations, the owner and (?)manager were both there and tried to help me figure out what I reacted to. They told me what seasonings were used so I could narrow down what to avoid.
