Stopped here for dinner in our travels. The person taking orders was more interested in texting than taking the order. When we got back on the road and opened our food neither of us had any sauce on our pitas. I’m unsure when you order a Cajun chicken Caesar how it has no Cajun seasoning or Caesar dressing. Very disappointed. We should have went to chopped lead next door.

Awful food guy didn't even flip the meat while he was grilling it just threw deli meat on grill with piece of bacon for 20 seconds didn't chop it or flip it and all the greens were wilted brown and slimy looking definitely won't be going back here

Food here is very nice, and I received a well portioned meal. I love the food and the staff are so nice.

Asked for olives but wasn't allowed to add them ? Lol 😆 🤣 😂 😆 🤣 guess at pita pit you don't have it your way Lol. I'm guessing employees bring olives from home and are brutally assaulted if they put some on a wrap ? Hahahaha. Will go to chop leaf right beside moving forward.

The man at the cash refused to sell me a kids meal because my daughter was not in the store )she was with her dad getting his meal at a different restaurant). Then proceeded to laugh at me when I said I have to pick and go. This is the second time that the service has been horrible. This was their second chance.

Been a few years since I've been to a pita pit. So figured it was time. Tasted good, was made quick. But $21 for a large Philly it's absolute lunacy. I'll be staying away again, no drink, just the pita $21.......... Wow.

I don't know what's happened to this location ?. I always stop here going through Red Deer. Place is usually always clean, pleasant staff.

Today was not the case and based on recent reviews is an ongoing issue. Somehow my Pita cost more than it usually does. He was very sparse with toppings. Put tint squirt of sauce, so got to eat 75% of my pita veggies, meat and wrap plain. Also refused to sell me any yogen fruz products as "it was a busy weekend and we are all out". As I looked at his coworker stocking the freezer and had all toppings and yogurt bars inside...... I was also the only customer in the store, so it wasn't like it was too busy to do it.

Come to pita pit all the time and always order the same thing. Today they told me it would be an extra 1.60 for a sprinkle of parm on an already overpriced pita. I’ve never had to pay for that before

I always stopped at this location passing through and have never had a bad experience till today. Very very cheap. I asked for mushroom so he put 4 on the grill along side my 3 strips of chicken. When I commented on the portion he said they were big straps.picking my topping's I asked for lettuce but changed my mind on how brown it was the wrap was mostly bread. I will not be back.
