This is more a Starbucks as a whole issue not just this location. I'm fed up with the policy that they pretend my personal cup is contaminated and make me put it in a holder. Today I went to get some coffee but there was approximately 2ml of coffee on the bottom of my cup. They refused to fill my cup with more coffee before I cleaned it completely. Starbucks used to have amazing customer service, they would rise your cup with hot water so your coffee would be the right temp. Now they seem to expect you to feel grateful that they would choose to serve you at all. I'm getting sick of this brand.

Starbucks is always great but when they revamped this store they took out the limited seating which was a shame. Staff are normally great but the loss of 10 seats down to zero was a bad decission.

They left coffee beans in my drink! It’s not even a coffee drink so it was confusing to say the least, it was a Dragon drink! Made the whole 8$ drink disgusting
There is no place inside where you can eat. There's almost none in the turkey sandwich.

I had a strange experience during a recent pit stop on my way to Calgary. I brought in my reusable mug, as I’m trying to reduce plastic waste. When I placed my order, the cashier asked me to rinse my mug in the public washroom. This struck me as odd and unsanitary—public washrooms aren’t exactly the ideal place to clean drinkware, and the water pressure from the faucet was too low to effectively rinse a cup.
I complied, but it left me confused, especially considering that the baristas have access to a fully equipped station behind the counter, which would have made rinsing the cup far easier and more hygienic.
