The staff has certainly changed recently. Not very friendly at all, not even to each other at about 9am Sunday September 25th, 2025. The staff did NOT EVEN KNOW THEIR OWN STORE HOURS!!! We went to check the store hours on the front door, however only a QR code to look up the store hours, but when we accessed through the QR code it still did NOT GIVE US THE STORE HOURS!!! What's really going on here with the new unfriendly staff and refusal to post store hours at this location?! Has there been a change of ownership?? The happy, friendly young ladies who always worked at this location are GONE!!!!!??

Very efficient and quick service. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Washrooms are clean and the main space as well. Staff were friendly and quick to help. Tired iced matcha latte from starbucks for the time and liked it more than I expected.

asked for a lavender matcha and out of lavender which is fine so i ask for vanilla cold foam instead but then i get my matcha and it’s not green and tastes like straight milk i don’t think they even put in barely any and for the vanilla cold foam i also don’t think was put in either and the lady at the window was very depressing and giving over worked ans overall not very friendly either

Stopped at this location while travelling through. I had stopped earlier at a different location and my beverages was not made correctly. Super disappointed I stopped at this location and Debra was quick to make it right. Not only did she have the beverage remade she quickly apologized for the error with her cheerful bubbly attitude! Thanks Deb you definitely fixed the issue.

Clean, fast, and consistent. The staff at this location were friendly and dialed in—my drink was made right the first time, and the vibe inside was calm, not chaotic. Good seating if you need to work or take a breather. Solid spot for your caffeine fix.
