asked for a lavender matcha and out of lavender which is fine so i ask for vanilla cold foam instead but then i get my matcha and it’s not green and tastes like straight milk i don’t think they even put in barely any and for the vanilla cold foam i also don’t think was put in either and the lady at the window was very depressing and giving over worked ans overall not very friendly either

Stopped at this location while travelling through. I had stopped earlier at a different location and my beverages was not made correctly. Super disappointed I stopped at this location and Debra was quick to make it right. Not only did she have the beverage remade she quickly apologized for the error with her cheerful bubbly attitude! Thanks Deb you definitely fixed the issue.

I was sooo sad to order my lactose free drink only to find out they no longer carry Lactose Free milk. I'm not into almond, oat, etc I was happy to pay the price for the drink I enjoy. Now... I guess look for a place that serves Lactose Free.
Drive thru and served by Deb. She is a delight. An amazing employee. She took the time to explain our options and help us pick our stuff. She was so friendly and fun!

Starbucks please do better and train your counter staff to listen to the customers. I got to the counter and said I would like an iced cherry chai but I have a dairy allergy can I have it made with coconut milk? Completely ignoring the fact I said I have an allergy the barista asked if I still wanted the cold foam? Confused I asked why when she said it is made with regular milk. I stated again that I have a dairy allergy and I can't have regular milk why would it still be OK to have that? The barista looked at me as if I was and proceeded to whisper to all of her co- workers about me and I got upset feeling unheard and that I was asking for the impossible. The staff did make my drink completely dairy free but I question why I was treated as if I was crazy when all barista had to say was I'm sorry we can't make this drink dairy free because of the cold foam. I would have moved on and selected another drink.
