We picked up drinks going through drive-thru and it was excellent. The service was quick and our drinks were perfect.

Everytime I walk in just for coffee. I have to wait 3 minute minimum with no other customers. Seems employees backs are facing counter most times

Although I only use drive thou , but staff is friendly. Additionally service is quick and reliable and they deliver the quality we expect from every tim hortan around the block.

Very helpful, they were out of one item and worked around it and made my item as good as they could with items left. Very friendly staff

This store had one person go above and beyond everyday. Was the manager mary, if it wasn't for her the store wouldn't have been decorated or even ready for camp day. Went in everyday with a smile on her face ready to help each customer, unlike the rest of the staff or even management for that matter. Everyone has probably noticed alot of different staff and faces there recently, this is all due to John paul Doucette and his regional manager Stephanie, both don't know how to work as a team. Left mary to figure mostly everything out, from machines being broken down, that management or regional manager couldn't be bothered to deal with. Pulling staff from other stores that are rude and grumpy to the store. Management there needs to learn your supposed to stand behind your employees. But you know what they do, they get rid of the only one that goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. So everyone might as well know, do not work for John Paul Doucette, put in years of blood sweet and tears, he don't care. He with just let you go.

UPDATE July 2025; This Tim Hortons was finally getting consistent until just recently again. All of a sudden it's right back or even worse then my previous review. I just ordered 4 coffees in a row, not one was correct. Just completely random. There is definitely something in common here and it's non English speaking employees. DO NOT put someone on the headset that can't grasp English. About 3 months ago this location was drastically better, but it's gotten brutal all of sudden. Just saddens me as this is my home location. Let's get this fixed!

Man this Timmy's is one of the worst. Coffee is almost wrong every time. No matter what you ask for its almost always wrong or warm instead of hot. I find the morning crew is good, but the staff in the evening is horrendous. 2 employees specifically to be honest, but I won't mention names. I'm a regular daily at the East Timmy's in Olds and the staff their are super on the ball, orders are NEVER wrong. Here in Penhold it's the opposite, they say it has two sugar on the top lid, but it's definitely not. My wife, friends here all have problems often. It's time to get their machines programmed correctly. Dispensing machines are a huge issue. I've also noticed that there often just isn't enough staff. Wait times in the evening and night are overly long. Owner! Fix this location it's almost as bad as Innisfails.
