Went for a snack ordered food but got rock like hash brown must be a old one from morning or baker did make it common guys its take few min to cook it but they did change it after complaint made fresh one we waited for 17 min more

Why is the coffee every so often nothing but watered down coffee? 1 cream and it looks like its watery milk! This is not the first time. Its a little hard to drive back up to complain and demand an actual coffee! But tell me how does a large coffee with one cream look like watered down cream???

Today, Nov 10th service was on ball, the staff today was wonderful and very acknowledging do a really good job and beating expectations. Thank you for the better experience food was top and well made. Coffee tastes great and leaves me much in a better mood.
Past review: Sat in front through 5 orders on the drive through and still no help. Finally as writing review they came to help. Ridiculous.

This is by FAR the slowest Tim Hortons ever. Don't go here if you have somewhere to be. Be prepared to wait, every time. Its extremely frustrating. No idea if they're constantly short staffed or if the staff just have no idea how to efficiently work. Absolutely appalling. I'd rather drive up the highway to go to the other location. Who wants to wait 15-20 mins for a sandwich and a coffee?? I'm a pretty patient person but I've had enough of this location in Penhold.
Only one person working, drove to window after making order, no one came to windows for more than five minutes, was not sure what was happening, was thinking about driving away.

I got an Earl Gray tea and a beef and cheddar but made like a roast beef cravable. That was the best I've ever had and I've been there lots. The tea was also really good thank you to whoever took my order. I'm surprised you remembered my order When It comes to Tea Thank you everything was really good

Normally not bad but this time me and the guy behind me waited 15 minutes for an everything bagel with cream cheese, the other guy ended up leaving because he had work to be done.
