Hands down the best Tim Hortons around Red Deer! This staff is so kind and goes beyond! I live in Penhold and drive to this location every morning even though Penhold has a Tim Hortons. This place is unmatched! The food is cooked perfectly every time! It’s truly the amazing staff that makes this place!

The friendly staff here really put forward their best for me. I left my wallet in their bathroom, and they kept it safe until I was able to return 3 days later to collect it. Thank you very much!!

I absolutely love supporting this Tim Hortons, such a nice owner and staff. But every single time I get a bagel this is how it looks, I can’t even eat half of it. The drinks are always great but food is very hit or miss.. I always think you need to make the food how you would want to receive it and with care making it and putting it together and you don’t get that at all from here. Just throw it together and who cares.
I went through the drive thru on a Sunday evening, headed back to Calgary and got a decaf. Good and fast service. Great coffee (and I'm kinda picky). I was excited to try this location instead of hitting up gasoline Alley and I will be back!!!

This place in UNREAL, so bad . Drive the extra mile to ANY other place .
Poor service I think the Staff here hasn't received proper training . So slow and unorganized ,never seen anything like it . I wouldn't want them to represent my brand ...
Walked out after paying, didn't get my order , just couldn't handle this any longer ...
One star review , well one star is just too much .
Went to the other Tim Hortons in Penhold , where they seem to know what they are doing ... Great bunch of folks there .

I've started being quite disappointed with this location lately. This is normally my go to Tims during the day. However in the past summers, they were the only Tims I could go to after my soccer games finished at 9:30 pm and I could still get a Cravable sandwich because the drive thru was still open till late. And the staff was amazing! This summer, since my games are in the north end and it takes me 20 mins to drive to the Junction, I've been frustrated to arrive and find Tims closed. With this Tims being a truck stop and along a major highway, it's quite surprising and disappointing to find this place doesn't understand that people will stop here all the time if the hours were better. I stopped going to the Tims/ Wendy's combo on Gasoline Alley for this very same reason. I miss the days when Tims was 24 hours and you knew it was the only place open that you could get a hot drink on your way home.
July 31- and once again, this location is closed before it's actually closing time. I specifically made sure I was here BEFORE 9:55 pm, and the doors are all locked and drive thru is closed. I think they purposely don't post their hours so they can shut down whenever they like. EXTREMELY frustrated!
