Our first visit to AW on our big trip to Canada. The breakfast and the chicken burger were good, the fries were even very good. Unfortunately the unfriendly and absolutely unhelpful service we have experienced. Corner of mouth at 8:20 a.m. We were kind to you and did our best to place the order - please try a little harder and it will work more stars for the service.

I used a coupon, and it was not returned to me as is A&W policy but rather was ripped up. I would not have used the coupon if I had known that was going to happen. When I said something about my grievance, the employee thought it was funny. A business should communicate clearly with customers and should try to make a customer issue right. I offered to pay full price if I could have my coupon back. It was not hard to make this right. I will not be going back to this A&W location.

Dietary restrictions: I went too this anw drive through. The lady working the till made it sound like a major inconvenience for me to be ordering my lunch. I was hungry in a happy mood as soon as pulled up to the window my day way ruined:( please don’t let your day be ruined by this woman. She knows who she is, this is an almost everyday thing. At least she’s consistent.
Clean washrooms. Very friendly staff. Does not have the latest offerings that A&W offers. Think the latest hash brown type Indian burger. Convenient location between Calgary and Waterton Lakes. The whole town is, in fact you can walk around to see cool murals on the walls. Regretted skipping the town the way down. Made sure to stop on the way back up.
