Terrible service! We got seated tonight and sat there for at least 30 minutes while it wasn’t even busy and no even acknowledged us, or took a drink order! There was plenty of staff around, by the time we left 2 other tables had been seated and got drinks. When I told the front staff they didn’t seem to concerned about their terrible service.
We experienced the worst dine in service tonight ever. We were a group of 5, 3 meals and 2 appetizers were ordered. Nearly 10 minutes after the meals came our apps came. At this point we lost our appetite and decided to pass on our apps. Apart from the “kitchen is busy tonight” we got no explanation, it was absolutely inexcusable.
