Honestly, this is the worst DQ experience I've ever had pretzel sticks were stale and hard and came with half the cheese dip of other DQ's. And to top it off they microwaved the burger patties right in front of me. If your burgers are too cold and old don't feed them to customers. DQ is one of my favorite fast food chains but not this one. Will not be coming back.

Worst DQ in the province! Arrived at location on a Saturday evening and ordered 2, 4-piece chicken meals, 1 basket of rings and 2 shakes, to dine in. Waited about 5min and received shakes. Waited 30min and after 2 separate families ordered and I watched them recieve their food, I questioned as to where my order was. The staff were un-aware of my order and look puzzled when I asked for a refund for my food order. Received my refund and went across the street to McDonald's and got better service! Will never visit this location again!

I don't really have complaints I just wanna know why it says open till 10 but the doors are locked at 9. Is it diningroom open till 9 and the drive through open till 10? Cause I had to sit there in the drive through at 9:18 till 9:27, and I ordered my food at 8:50...

We went through the drive thru and ordered a large chocolate dipped cone. It was the smallest one we've ever received; when we said we ordered a large, not a small, the server at the window said that was the standard size for a large. There wasn't much chocolate on it, either.

Out of all the fast food restaurants I’ve been to this Pincher Creek Dairy Queen has the best service. I would say the service here is exemplary. The staff were friendly. They created an experience in fast food that has not been seen in over 60 years. Yes the food is standard fast food but the service makes it better. If I’m back in Pincher Creek I’ll always choose this restaurant over any other.

They need to do better, what a smart mouth kid at the window.they said they would do better but watch how crappy this new store becomes.we orders a large Sunday and med Sunday and they looked the same. I hope the have good food safety in mind with other parts of the operation..its hard to be good but hopefully they can do better.

Service is nice and a quick. The gentle man was polite. Tried out the new clover dip cone for the first time. It’s really good!!!!! If you like cinnamon. DQ ice cream cone has always been my choice on a long drive.
