We eat here every time we come to pincher creek. We always order the lasagna and its always great!! I don't have a complaint about the food. I honestly felt really bad for our waitress. She was the only server and it was busy when we went. She was literally "running" to answer the phone, take down orders, seat guests. She was very run off her feet, but she kept a smile on her face the whole time and was very friendly. Kudos to her for keeping such a positive attitude....
After reading some of the reviews, even though we were hesitant, decided to try it out and we were happy with our food. Nothing fancy but tasted great. Our waitress was great but definitely run off her feet. They are very understaffed so service was a bit slow. Although, not on the waitress at all, I’d say bad management. We are on day 4 of 5 day trip from Central Alberta to Pincher Creek. This was the best meal of our trip. Thanks to the staff at Luigi’s who cooked our food and served our food. Pizza, steak, homemade veal cutlet and baked spaghetti. Each dish was delicious.
