Always love eating at Soo Sushi, but last time, the chicken katsu was made with thinly sliced dark meat, and seriously, don't do that anymore, chef. I've eaten this dish many times,in Canada and in Japan, and this was not enjoyable. Chicken breast cutlets are the standard for a reason. Four stars are for the other three dishes, which were enjoyed.
Amazing selection of specialty rolls. The seafood tempura has a variety of different fish. I would definitely go again when I am in Pincher Creek.

I love the atmosphere, especially all the well cared for live tropical plants that are everywhere! Like a tropical paradise, so you're getting a good dose of oxygen with the awesome food!

I had the most incredible dining experience at this restaurant! The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Beautiful interior full of real flowers. The lemon chicken was a delightful surprise, with a perfect balance of tangy and savory flavors. The service was exceptional, and the ambiance was just right for a memorable meal. I can’t wait to come back for more!

The owner was so nice to let me go on a plant tour and see all her beautiful flowers and orchids. I didn’t think I could find good ramen outside of Calgary but this is amazing, and the sushi paradise roll is the amazing. Nicest place in pincher creek to eat and relax. I hope this place stays here for ever-
