Overall, the quality at Subway has declined significantly compared to years past. The new menu is disappointing, and the removal of the classic chicken breast and roast beef is a step backward. The lettuce appeared frozen, which negatively impacted the freshness and overall experience. While the service was acceptable, food quality is the main issue. Subway was far better 10+ years ago, and it would be great to see a return to that level of quality and consistency.

I places my order through the app and it was prepared so carelessly. The subs were not toasted. The tuna was cold and nasty. Overall the food was absolutely disgusting. I didn't think it was possible to mess up a sub. Never going here again.

I arrived 15 minutes before closing and everything was put away. The woman behind the counter was very unhappy that we showed up and let is show. All we ordered was a salad which would have taken 5 minutes if everything was not put away. Instead she dragged it out while she slowly got things out of the fridge and she was very rude.
