Clean and Friendly. A good place to visit if your in town.
They served my husband and I old vegetables. I came back in after spitting out lettuce tomato and spinach because they were old and browning. The worker already knew that the lettuce was brown. No one in their right mind serves old food, talk about lazy.Update: we got food poisoning, thanks :)

I like subway for the convenience, but this one was not to my liking, the man working kept talking to his coworker in a foreign language when he was making our order, barely paid attention to us at all. I really like them to give us their attention until they are finished with our order. I just thought he was rude.

I went showed up 20 minutes to 10 and they already had the doors locked and wouldn't let me in even though they where making a sandwich ? it was thrusday night by the way

First issue came when they had a the 6in free with 25$ giftcard promotion: store tried to say I'd not only need to purchase a footlong with the giftcard but that I could not get the 6in until i had also purchased 2 more footlongs... second came when during the "lettuce shortage" they tried to use lettuce that looked like it had already gone bad and when asked to use fresh lettuce pulled out yet another metal insert of bad lettuce... now the final straw: website no longer allows you to order pickup online and pay on arrival now they force you to pay before hand. Why waste your hard earned $$ on mediocre service. And will definitely not be entering in my card information given how your subway app already scammed me out of 40$ on orders that according to the restaurant just "didn't exist" why would I give this franchise just another opportunity to take my money and give me nothing or below garbage quality food.

They put rotten lettuce on my sub, right in front of me… then when I asked about it they said yea , we know we are low on lettuce……? but they still put ROTTEN products on my sandwich that could have potentially made me very sick… then justified it…..#Albertahealthservices should probably investigate how many people they have gotten sick in the area by serving taunted food. ?. Good luck folks. I won’t eat here ever again.I walked out, I’m not interested in paying to be food poisoned.
