One of the cleanest and friendly Tim Hortons that I have visited in the last couple of years.
Went today for lunch. Granted it was a bit busy but that should not be any excuse. When I ordered it was told that one of the items was not avaialable at this store. I asked them why it was still be advertised on the screen. Next we waited for a good bit for one of our sandwiches. Meanwhile the other 2 sandwiches sat on the back counter with wedges getting colder as the minutes passed. Then one of the workers came and topped up the wedges with new ones. I told them that if that was mine I want a whole new thing of them because they have been sitting to long with no heat. That worker got very snappy with me. There was other customers that agreed with me about the wedges. I believe that my sandwich which I was waiting for went out the door with someone who ordered way after me. Many people that had ordered before me got their food after me even.

I like going to this location, however your employees need to communicate with each other better. I ask for less ice when I get a cold drink and every time unless I confirm multiple times or become firm with what I'm saying, my request for less ice is seemingly ignored

Stopped here on our way forward, bagel was cold and staff attitude is bad. We bought food/ drinks from them and had food for our little one, they didn’t allow us to give him food in the restaurant. Will avoid it next time
