I like going to this location, however your employees need to communicate with each other better. I ask for less ice when I get a cold drink and every time unless I confirm multiple times or become firm with what I'm saying, my request for less ice is seemingly ignored

3 Flatbread Pizzas, Habernaro Bowl, Bagel and creme cheese ... assorted donuts and specialty items!

I recently, visited the Tim Hortons at pincher creek , and it was honestly the best experience I’ve had at any Tim’s. The staff was super friendly and quick with my order. The store was spotless, and the atmosphere was really welcoming. My coffee was hot and fresh, and the donuts were soft and delicious. What really stood out was how the team handled a busy rush with ease and still kept a smile. I definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for fast, quality service...
