Staff is awsome..seems like owner is rude..kicked me out in no time...felt like just give us money and get out from here..they changed my mentality that small town have nicest and friendly people..none of staff was happy due to owner around creating tention in environment..stay home owner let the staff do there job...

Love the new coffee area looks beautiful. Unfortunately the cucumbers were cut laser thin? Didn't notice until I had the sandwich and couldn't figure out why it was so thin.

The customer service from the jasmine lady was incredible, the sub she made tasted wonderful and I will definitely come back for more subs. She needs a raise.
It's alright, just alright. I've heard of people complaining about staff and not getting orders done right or what have you. I don't think that needs to be a concern for most, it's mostly local high-school kids just trying to make some money. And if they are haphazard it's most likely because they are worried people are going to snap on them for being slow or management coming down on them. I've never had a problem with my order, it's always come out right. And have never had anyone be rude to me.
The reason I rate it the way I do, is if I can get something else, I would simply because it's subway, and there ain't much in town.

Just ran thru town in a charter bus with U18 hockey team. We ordered a headed and everything was ready within our 10min stop and staff was friendly. This after serving other charter bus only 30mins before us. Thank you Provost Subway!
